In recent years,core quality has been placed in the primary position of deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the basic task of cultivating talents with morality,which has become an important basis for formulating talent training objectives,revising curriculum standards and reforming teaching evaluation standards.Since the "core quality of Chinese students' development" was put forward,the academic community has begun to pay attention to the core quality of subjects and teachers,and the corresponding research is gradually increasing.But unfortunately,up to now,the research on what kind of core quality teachers should have is still in the initial stage of exploration,and has not formed a mature conclusion.As a part of the teacher group,the research on the core quality of general teachers in rural primary schools is also in the exploration stage.From the perspective of existing research,most of them are reflected in the theoretical level,lack of policy level analysis and practical level research.Therefore,based on the background of teachers' professional development,this paper will explore the core quality system of general teachers in rural primary schools with a series of policy backgrounds,such as “The professional standards of primary school teachers(Trial)”,“The core quality of Chinese students' development”,“The code of professional ethics for primary and secondary school teachers”,“The teachers law of the people's Republic of China”,and “The curriculum standards for teachers' Education(Trial)”.They built a complete set of rural primary general education teachers' core quality system.This paper is divided into the following five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part first describes the background,then describes the purpose and significance of this study,then analyzes and combs the relevant literature,and finally expounds the research ideas and methods.The second part is the first chapter.This chapter mainly expounds the concept of "general teachers in rural primary schools" and the theoretical basis of "teachers' professional development theory".Among them,"general teachers of rural primary schools" in this chapter refers to the group of primary school teachers who teach in rural primary schools,mainly in one major subject,and concurrently in one or more other subjects,that is,teachers of rural primary schools with one specialty and multiple abilities."Core quality of general practice teachers in rural primary schools" refers to the qualities that rural primary school teachers should possess,which can help them to better complete the teaching tasks in primary school,adapt to the remote location,sparsely populated,special students and local rural life customs,realize the education expectations of rural parents through teaching practice,undertake multiple tasks such as teaching and life guidance,and have the ability of multi subject teaching or multi-level multiple teaching can accept the accomplishment of high-intensity task.The third part is the second chapter.This chapter mainly analyzes the idea and framework of building the core quality system of general teachers in rural primary schools.First of all,it presents the idea of building the core quality system of general teachers in rural primary schools.A brief overview is as follows: firstly,the core quality framework of rural primary school general teachers is initially constructed;secondly,the core quality system of rural primary school general teachers is constructed based on the framework.Besides,based on the analysis of the policy documents of “The professional standards of primary school teachers(Trial)”,“The core quality of Chinese students' development”,“The code of professional ethics for primary and secondary school teachers”,“The teachers law of the people's Republic of China”,and “The curriculum standards for teachers' Education(Trial)”,this paper abstracts four dimensions of core quality system framework about general teachers in rural primary schools,including teaching concept,essential character,professional knowledge and comprehensive ability.The fourth part is the third chapter.This chapter focuses on the principles and process of building the core quality system of general teachers in rural primary schools.It is pointed out that the principles of objectivity,scientificalness,localism and feasibility should be followed in the construction of the system.Through interviews,four primary indicators,including education concept,essential character,professional knowledge and comprehensive ability,16 secondary indicators,including moral education first and education-oriented,and 46 tertiary indicators,including ideological and moral education for rural primary school students,and general education,were preliminarily formulated.Based on the interview results,through the preliminary verification of the questionnaire,we have obtained four first-class indicators,including education concept,essential character,professional knowledge and comprehensive ability,15 second-class indicators,including moral education first and education-oriented,and 32 third-class indicators,including focusing on the ideological and moral education of rural primary school students and general education.The fifth part is the fourth chapter.The main content of this chapter is the construction results and interpretation of the core quality system of general teachers in rural primary schools.The chapter points out that as a general education teacher in a rural primary school,he should have the core qualities of upholding the educational concept of general education,being full of the necessary character of simple countryside,highlighting the professional knowledge of local characteristics,and being competent for the comprehensive ability of multi-disciplinary teaching.The sixth part is the conclusion.It mainly summarizes the research process of this study,explains the research results,summarizes and reflects the shortcomings of this study,and points out the direction of further improvement and research in the future.
