It is an urgent need for teachers to carry out curriculum standard research,a theoretical premise for deepening curriculum reform,a necessary condition for the smooth implementation of China's curriculum reform,and an urgent need for the implementation of the party's and national education policies.From the perspective of theoretical development and practical exploration of curriculum implementation,it is more and more urgent to build a model of interaction among teachers,students and curriculum standards.This study can not only improve the theoretical framework of curriculum implementation,but also provide measurement tools for the primary and secondary school curriculum implementation monitoring departments in practice,and it is also the reference for the development of teachers' independent specialization.In this study,we use a variety of research methods such as thinking,literature,questionnaire,interview and educational video image to start with the measurement and evaluation of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards,and closely focus on the theme of "interactive model of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards".Each chapter is as follows:The introduction part mainly involves the introduction of the research on Teachers' implementation of curriculum standards,including research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research results and research methods.The first chapter,through the research of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards,explores the track of its historical evolution,and points out the academic growth point of the current research.By combing the research paradigms of curriculum implementation,it is found that the current research has formed a transformation from the research paradigms focusing on the implementation of curriculum content to the research paradigms focusing on the interaction between teachers and curriculum,to the research paradigms focusing on students' participation and learning.In the third chapter,in the empirical research part,this paper uses the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to demonstrate and enrich the interaction model of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards.In the quantitative research,by using the method of questionnaire,non principal component analysis and exploratory factor analysis,the items with load factor less than 0.3 are eliminated,and a better measurement tool of reliability and validity is obtained.In the qualitative research,through one-year classroom observation,video recording and analysis of 90 class hours,interviews with multiple stakeholders,summed up the reasons for "three tables" teaching.The third chapter,through the analysis of the existing models,on the basis of exploring the value orientation of model construction,this paper proposes a new interactive model.From the interaction of teacher curriculum standard,teacher student and student standard,the rationality and feasibility of model reconstruction are discussed.In the fourth chapter,in the empirical research part,this paper uses the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to demonstrate and enrich the interaction model of teachers' implementation of curriculum standards.The fifth chapter,through the analysis of the above research,summarizes the enlightenment to the curriculum and teaching reform of our country.In order to put forward the direction and emphasis of future research in this field,the shortcomings and follow-up research of this paper are analyzed.
