The results of the 2014 National Student Physique and Health Survey showed that the myopia rate of students in all sections of the country continued to rise.The poor eyesight rate of 7-12 year old,13-15 year old and 16-18 year old was 45.71%,74.36%and 83.28%,respectively,which was much higher than most countries.In June 2018,the National Health and Health Committee reported that the rate of myopia among children and adolescents in China has ranked first in the world,and the prevention and control of myopia has become an important issue.This essay is based on the problem of myopia,seeking countermeasures from the sports field,selecting the " kinetic visual acuity(KVA)" as index,exploring the relationship between KVA and static visual acuity(SVA).Laying the data foundation for the intervention of KVA to improve SVA.Objective one To explore the characteristics of KVA development among different types of sports,and to analyze the effects of different sports on KVA.Objective two To analyze the developmental characteristics of SVA and KVA and the correlation between SVA and KVA for children,explore the value of physical activity in improving vision.Methods The SVA and KVA of 715 children in Suzhou(Among them,72 were 6 years old,165 were 7 years old,152 were 8 years old,153 were 9 years old,173 were 10 years old;406 were boy and 309 were girl;39 were soccer,39 were table tennis,80 were Taekwondo,71 were in karate.41 swimming,33 gymnastics,412 were normal students)were tested by logarithmic visual chart SVA and Equipment of KVA(Type XP.14-TD-J905).Calculate the kinetic-static ratio and the descriptive,differences,and correlation had been done using SPSS 20.0.Results ?6-7 years old was a sensitive period of KVA development.After 8 years old,the kinetic-static ratio of boys were higher than that of girls.?The kinetic-static ratio of the physical activity group was higher than that of the students in the school group(P<0.05),and the open sports was higher than that of the closed sports(P<0.05).?KVA and SVA are increased with age.KVA for boy is better than girl,and there is no significant difference in SVA.?There was a moderate positive correlation between KVA and SVA for children(r=0.552,P<0,05).?KVA was able to predict SVA positively(B=0.617,P<0.05).Conclusion?Physical activity has a positive impact on the development of KVA,and the effects of different sports are different.Increasing the quality and quantity of objects observed during exercise is an important means to improve the effect of physical exercise on vision.? There was a moderate positive correlation between KVA and SVA for children aged 6-10.KVA has a strong predictive effect on SVA.The SVA for children will be improved via improvement of KVA.Suggestion Physical activity can be effectively used to improve children's KVA,thereby improving the overall visual function of children.
