This paper attempts to explore the measures to prevent myopia from different angles.Through previous research results, researchers found that one of the important factors causing acquired myopia is the strength of ciliary muscle function.Related studies have shown that training ciliary muscles can further improve vision, while existing studies have found that following the ball can effectively exercise ciliary muscles in table tennis, thus achieving the effect of preventing myopia. The purpose of this study is to improve and prevent myopia by training ciliary muscle through handball teaching intervention, improving the effect of ciliary muscle training and improving dynamic visual acuity ability. The speed and distance of handball can enhance the exercise of ciliary muscles, thus affecting students' eyesight. On the basis of previous studies, this study takes handball as the means of experimental intervention, and selects 60 students(aged 9-10 years)from the third grade primary school of Shuiyoucheng School in Bengbu City as the experimental unit for 12 weeks of experimental intervention.Through the intervention of handball teaching, the research results are as follows:1.After a handball teaching intervention experiment, the experimental group dynamic visual data from experiments before 41.37 to 34.57 after test, static right eye eyesight by experiment before 4.57 back to 4.86 after the test, the static vision left eye eyesight recover to 4.58 from 4.88 before the experiment, the experimental group in the aspect of dynamic vision, static vision were significantly increased(p <0.001).The dynamic visual acuity, right and left static visual acuity of the control group were 39.47 to 39.47,4.57 to 4.56 and 4.56 to 4.55 respectively from before to after the experiment, and there were no significant differences(P >0.05).There were significant differences in dynamic visual acuity and static visual acuity between the experimental group and the control group(P <0.05).2.From pre-test to in-test stage, the dynamic visual acuity of the experimental group and the static visual acuity of the left and right eyes were 40.60 and 4.66 and4.62 respectively, while the dynamic visual acuity of the control group and the static visual acuity of the left and right eyes were 39.23,4.56 and 4.52 respectively. At this time, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).3.There was no statistical significance in the average score of dynamic visual acuity, static left visual acuity and static right visual acuity between different genders before and after the experiment(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Handball teaching can significantly improve the dynamic vision and static vision of primary school students, indicating that the passing technology in the teaching content can promote the visual development of primary school students.2.Handball is relatively difficult to master,so there is little change in the early stage of experimental intervention. With the proficiency of the movements, the error rate decreases, and the visual acuity level changes more obviously in the later stage.3.The dynamic visual acuity and static visual acuity in the control group did not significantly improve after routine physical exercise, indicating that the routine physical education teaching is not enough for the ciliary muscle exercise.4.There was no statistical significance in the difference of dynamic and static visual acuity between male and female students, but the change of dynamic visual acuity in male students was more obvious than that in female students.
