The problem of myopia in children and adolescents in our country is very prominent, and the overall incidence of myopia is severe.According to the 2018 National Children and Adolescent Myopia Survey, the overall myopia rate for children and adolescents is 53.6%,of which 14.5%for 6-year-old children,36.0%for elementary school students,71.6%for junior high school students, and 81.0%for high school students.;The elementary school period soared from 15.7%in the first grade to 59.0%in the sixth grade, and continued to increase from 64.9%in the seventh grade to 77.0%in the ninth grade. The myopia rate of children and adolescents in the primary and secondary schools showed a rapid growth as the grade increased The primary school and junior high school stages are the key age stages for the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents in China. This study is guided by the problem of myopia. In order to understand the vision status of children and adolescents in the first to ninth grades in a specific area, visual acuity data measurement and analysis are conducted through convenient sampling with the consent of the school as the initial planned experimental base.On the basis of the study of the primary school natural class children and adolescents and myopia children and adolescents, through experimental studies to verify the positive effect of strengthening kinetic vision physical activity intervention on children and adolescents 'vision,in-depth research to improve the kinetic vision and improve the static vision through physical activities Lay the theoretical foundation.Objective:1 Investigate and understand the vision status of children and adolescents in grades 1 to 9 in a specific area and provide a basis for experimental research.2 Observe the trends and laws that positively affect the kinetic vision and static vision of children and adolescents of different grades and genders in natural classes through the intervention of enhanced kinetic vision.3 Screen myopic children and adolescents into classes, and conduct open sports skills physical activity interventions to strengthen kinetic vision and closed motor skills physical activity interventions to enhance kinetic vision, and observe their rehabilitation effects on the vision of myopic children and adolescents.Methods:1 According to the content and characteristics of the basic exercises of the project, design an intervention plan to strengthen kinetic visual sports activities.Use standard logarithm chart light box and kinetic visual tester to measure kinetic and static vision data of children and adolescents in investigation and experimental research, and use Excel and SPSS to input and analyze the data;2 Select two children and adolescents from the first to fourth grades in each natural class, randomly assign an experimental class and a control class to each grade in the unit of class, the experimental class conducts 16 weeks of intensive kinetic visual physical activity intervention experiment, the control class conducts the same time and the same content but no Strengthen the intervention of sports activities embedded in kinetic visual;measure kinetic and static vision data before and after intervention;3 Screening myopia students to conduct special basic exercises experiments such as flower ball, football and track and field for 16 weeks of intensive kinetic visual training, before and 8 weeks of intervention, and 16 weeks of intervention to measure kinetic and static vision data.Results:1 The survey data shows that the visual acuity and myopia rate of children and adolescents in grades one to five are in a fluctuating trend. The visual acuity of grades six to nine decreases with the growth of grades, and the myopia rate increases;the visual acuity of boys is significantly higher than that of girls(Kinetic visual acuity t=3.880,P<0.01;static visual acuity t=2.991,P<0.01);kinetic visual acuity was positively correlated with static visual acuity(r=0.385,P<0.01).2 Experimental study 1 The results show that after the experiment, the visual acuity of the two experimental classes is significantly improved, and the visual acuity of the control class is significantly reduced;the myopic rate of the experimental class is reduced, and the myopic rate of the control class is increased;the visual acuity of the male and female students of the experimental class is significantly improved.3 Experimental study 2 The results showed that both eyesight of the three myopia groups improved after the experiment, and the myopia rate decreased and the degree of myopia decreased after the experiment.Conclusion:1 The visual acuity of children and adolescents in grades 1 to 9 both decreases with increasing grade. The visual acuity of boys is generally better than that of girls.Kinetic vision is positively correlated with static vision.2 Strengthening kinetic vision sports interventions have a positive effect on improving the kinetic and static vision of children and adolescents in grades one to four, and can be used as an intervention to improve the visual health of children and adolescents.3 The combination of open motor skills and closed motor skills to strengthen kinetic vision sports activities can produce rehabilitation effects on the vision of myopia children and adolescents, and can be used as intervention methods for the vision rehabilitation of myopia children and adolescents.Suggestion:It is possible to improve the kinetic vision of children and adolescents through the flexible use of enhanced kinetic vision physical activity interventions, thereby improving the static vision of children and adolescents and controlling the continuous deterioration of myopia.
