In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,people's interest in electronic files and their benefits to learners have grown tremendously.As a kind of process evaluation,the evaluation of electronic files plays a powerful role in cultivating students' self-learning ability and promoting students' all-round development.In China,the research on electronic courses in the field of curriculum and teaching is not mature enough,especially for the application research of normal students.This paper selects 52 undergraduate students from the Department of Educational Technology of the School of Life Sciences of Shanxi Normal University as the research object.Based on the teaching theory classroom of the teacher's students,this paper constructs an electronic file of the teaching ability of normal students and implements it.Exploring the implementation of electronic grade evaluation in the training of normal students' teaching ability.In this paper,we first study the relevant theories of electronic files.This paper analyzes the domestic and international research status of electronic file evaluation,expounds the concept definition,evaluation advantage and theoretical basis of electronic file evaluation.Combined with the characteristics of teacher's teaching ability training,it analyzes the evaluation of electronic file evaluation in the teaching ability of normal students.feasibility.This paper analyzes the functions of the common electronic file evaluation technology realization path and the electronic file evaluation in the training of the normal students' teaching ability,and selects the learning pass +QQ group as the technical platform of the electronic file evaluation system in this study.According to the content standards and usage requirements of the electronic files,the content design of the electronic files for the teaching ability of normal students is designed.Inthis study,the teaching ability of normal students is divided into five parts: language expression ability,teaching design ability,teaching media ability,teaching organization ability,and teaching monitoring ability.Therefore,in the teacher's electronic file,the learning plan file,the teaching design file,the multimedia application PPT file,the excellent teaching video observation file;the ten-minute teaching simulation file;the lecture file;the record of the class notes;the simulation of the companion simulation Ratings and review files;reflections on their own staged reflections.Then,a flexible and scientific evaluation dimension,evaluation criteria,and evaluation system were developed.In order to explore the effectiveness of the electronic evaluation application,the subjects were divided into two groups in the study,each group of 26 people,one group is the experimental group,and the other group is the control group.In the middle school biology teaching theory course,the experiment The group conducted an evaluation of the electronic semester evaluation for one semester.The combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods was adopted for the two groups of students.The teaching design ability was taken as an example to explore the effectiveness of electronic grade evaluation in the cultivation of normal students' teaching ability.The experimental results show that the experimental design ability of the experimental group is stronger than that of the control group.The survey found that teachers and most of the students have a positive attitude towards the evaluation of electronic files.The students expressed their great help in improving their teaching ability.They have a great role in changing their learning attitude and monitoring the learning process.The quantitative analysis results of the teaching design ability are consistent.
