Educational technology training for teachers in primary and middle school have carried out step by step on the whole nation range, how to reflect the trainee's dedication and emotional experience by evaluation, improve their training enthusiasm and participating consciousness, motivate the training to proceed effectively are the great concerns of all educators. The processing evaluation is the result of development and richness of instruction evaluation theories and practices, it provides new evaluation method for educational technology training, and overcomes the traditional evaluation's defects, such as the one-sidedness of evaluation content and so on. It advocates all-around and authentical evaluation, and syncretizes the learning and the evaluation, namely " evaluating in the learning, improving learning in the evaluation."In the paper, the author masters the connotation and essence of the processing evaluation well and truly in the process of reading a lot of domestic and overseas materials by the theoretic research. To analyze the necessity of applying the processing evaluation to teacher educational technology training, the design sector of evaluation formula and the design frame on the ground of teacher educational technology training's features. Then, we use the processing evaluation in training, through analyzing the effect of the execution, we can learn if processing evaluation that is put in force in training is effective. Meanwhile, based on the information we collect, we can find out a lot of problems and put forward some suggestions on how to settle them.
