Social morality consciousness is a relatively stable view,concept and view formed on the basis of people's understanding of the moral standards and norms that should be observed in social public life.Junior high school students are in the early stage of forming their world outlook,outlook on life and values.Their plasticity is very strong.Therefore,it is of vital importance to educate them and cultivate their awareness of social morality at this stage.However,due to the lack of distinguishing right from wrong and judgment ability at this age,some junior high school students have a weak sense of social morality,and some bad phenomena such as damaging public property,talking loudly in public places and littering are not conducive to the construction of a harmonious campus.Therefore,it is of vital importance to educate them and cultivate their consciousness of social morality.Taking a middle school in pingyao county,Shanxi Province as an example,this paper defines the meaning,content and relationship between social morality consciousness and behavior by consulting relevant literatures.According to the curriculum standards and teaching materials,the basic content of the cultivation of social morality consciousness in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school is sorted out.Using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation,this paper sums up the current situation of cultivating students' social morality consciousness in the teaching of middle school morality and rule of law.The results include students' recognition that they can acquire knowledge of social morality through classroom teaching.Students can preliminarily master and practice relevant social morality knowledge;Students' judgment on the right and wrong of social morality is basically reasonable.Teachers can clearly and methodically impartknowledge of social morality;Teachers initially explore a more effective way to cultivate social ethics awareness;Teachers can connect with the real life to cultivate students' awareness of social morality.The problems include the disconnection between students' social morality cognition and behavior;The teacher has the deviation to the training student social ethics consciousness understanding;The teaching ability of teachers to cultivate students' social morality consciousness needs to be improved.The evaluation system of students' social morality consciousness is single.According to the problem and the reason proposed the corresponding countermeasure: the student must unceasingly improve the self-cultivation ability,achieves the knowledge and the action synergic;Teachers should constantly change and update their ideas and pay attention to the cultivation of social morality.Teachers should constantly improve the teaching ability of cultivating social morality consciousness;Teachers should constantly optimize teaching methods and carriers to improve the effectiveness of teaching;Construct the evaluation system of diversified social morality consciousness,so as to help students improve their social morality consciousness and become citizens with social morality.
