| Comprehensively following the rule of law and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity are important elements of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,and the report of the 20 th Party Congress also emphasizes the importance of building a China governed by the rule of law.Following the rule of law,promoting the modernization of the national governance system and the ability to govern and building China under the rule of law are important ways to realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to realize this grand blueprint at an early date,generations of socialist builders and successors who are aware of the rule of law,and as an important force in building the modernization of socialism and great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the future,it is very important for junior high school students to have the awareness of the rule of law,and Ethics and the Rule of Law is an important subject for developing awareness of the rule of law among junior high school students.Therefore,how to raise the result about training awareness of the rule of law among junior high school students in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law is especially important.This paper focuses on improving the strategy of fostering awareness of the rule of law among junior high school students in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law,and the details are as follows.The first part is an introduction.Cultivating middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of Ethics and the Rule of Law conform to the requirements of the times’ development and has a certain contemporary significance,reflects distinctive innovations by targeting the scientific research method based on fully sorting out the relevant research literature at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of the awareness of rule of law and the content and significance of cultivating awareness of rule of law of middle school students in the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law.Based on defining the concept of rule of law consciousness,this article analyzes the relationship between the concept of rule of law and rule of law consciousness,and elaborates the content and significance of cultivating rule of law consciousness of middle school students in the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law.The third part is an investigation and analysis about the current situation of cultivating awareness of the rule of law among middle school students in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law.The results of teachers’ interviews and students’ questionnaires will be compiled and analyzed to explore the strategies for training the awareness of the rule of law within junior high school students in the teaching of Ethics and the Rule of Law from five aspects:teaching philosophy,teaching content,classroom learning,teaching practice and teaching evaluation.The fourth part is an analysis of the reasons for the problems of fostering awareness of the rule of law among middle school students in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law.According to the research,the current problems of cultivating awareness of the rule of law within junior high school students in the teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law as follows:first,the teaching concept is old,which hinders the progress about cultivation of awareness of the rule of law in middle school students;second,the teaching content is limited to the textbook,lacking innovation and breakthrough;third,the students’ classroom activity is not high,and the class lacks effective interaction;fourth,the Rule of Law Education is limited to school,lacking the combination with family and social practices;fifth,the lack of scientific and perfect teaching evaluation mechanism.The fifth part is the optimization strategies for developing awareness of the rule of law among middle school students in the teaching of Ethics and the Rule of Law.In order to promote the cultivation about awareness of the rule of law within junior high school students in the teaching of Ethics and the Rule of Law,the following cultivation strategies are proposed: strengthening teaching reflection and collaboration,promoting innovation and progress of teaching concept;taking the textbook as the basic basis,and appropriately expand and extend the content of the textbook;designing classroom teaching around students to increase effective interaction in class;coordinating rule of law education in family and society to give full play to the advantages of teaching practices;and establishing a scientific and perfect teaching evaluation system. |
