| With the proposal of Xi Jinping s thought on the rule oflaw and the acceleration of the construction of a socialist country ruled by law with Chinese characteristics,China attaches more and more importance to the cultivation of people’s awareness of the rule of law.As the successors of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics the cultivation of their awareness of the rule oflaw is particularly important However,there are still some problems in the process of cultivating junior high school students’ awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,this paper will elaborate from the following four parts:The first partis introducton.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of the cultivation strategy of junior middle school students’ legal consciousness.At present,in the severe reality of high frequency of crime and bullying of junior high school students in local areas it is extremely urgentto study and cultivate the legal consciousness of junior high school students.Secondly,from two aspects of theoretical and practical significance,this paper expounds the necessity of studying the strategy of cultivating junior middle school students’ awareness of rule oflaw in the teaching of morality and rule of law.Thirdly,from two aspects of domestic and foreign research,the literature on the cultivation of junior high school students’ legal consciousness is sorted out Finally,the research method and innovation of this paper are introduced.The second part is the related concepts of junior middle school students’ legal consciousness.To Cultivate Junior Middle School Students’ awareness of the rule of law,we should first understand the concepts and differences between the rule oflaw and the rule oflaw,and clarify the content ofthe training of the awareness of the rule of law in the course of morality and the rule of law.The third part is an overview of the current situation of the cultivation of students’ legal consciousness in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.Through the use of questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of junior middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law cultivation,the survey results show that the current junior middle school "morality and the rule of law" in the teaching process of the awareness of the rule of law has made certain achievements,but also there are certain problems.The achievements are as follows:junior high school students attach importance to the education of the rule of law,and schools attach more importance to the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law.The existing problems are mainly divided into teachers and students.For example,teachers do not implement teaching objectives properly,teaching materials lack pertinence and other problems,while students have weak independent consciousness of learning rule of law after class and insufficient knowledge reserve of rule oflaw.The fourth part analyzes the causes ofthe problems in the cultivation of students’ awareness of the rule oflaw in the teaching of morality and the rule of law.It mainly analyzes the reasons behind the problems of teachers and students one by one.In terms of teachers,the above problems of junior middle school teachers of morality and the rule of law are mainly caused by the failure to meet the high requirements of rule of law literacy,the weak development of rule of law education resources,the weak awareness oft eachers on teaching method research,the negative impact of exam oriented education and other factors;The weak legal consciousness of junior middle school students is mainly affected by the lack of role model of family legal education,the relatively single way to acquire legal knowledge,and the negative impact of bad social phenomenaThe fifth part is the countermeasures of cultivating students’ consciousness of rule of law in the course of morality and rule oflaw.In view of the four problems and causes of teachers,we can improve the quality ofteachers,build professional teams,effectively integrate resources,promote the integration of resources,integrate teaching methods,improve teaching efficiency,perfect the evaluation system,track the teaching effect and so on.In view ofthe problems and causes of students,there are corresponding measures.For example,change the learning way,strengthen the awareness of independent learning,pay attention to knowledge reserve,broaden the access to knowledge,take the initiative to use what they have learned dare to practice dare to practice,and jointly promote the cultivation of junior middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law. |
