Regulation is the general term for the institutions of ancient Chinese schools and its content involves all aspects of school management,mainly the rules on the daily behavior of teachers and students.In essence,regulations are a kind of rule awareness education,especially for students.Since ancient times,China has a tradition of managing students with the help of regulations.In the Ming Dynasty,due to the need of political rule,the Ming Dynasty official school strengthened the function of the discipline in restraining and controlling students.On this basis,they have comprehensive and specific regulations on students' learning and daily life.In the Ming Dynasty,a large number of solid and effective works in the management of students and the cultivation of students' good moral behaviors made the Ming Dynasty talents come forth in large numbers,and promoted the stability of the social order in the Ming Dynasty and the development of society.With the help of the current scholars' researches on the Ming Dynasty's regulations,this paper adopts the methods of literature research and historical research and is based on the Guozijian regulations of Ming Dynasty,lying inscriptions and shexueyaolve of Lu Kun to sort out and analyse the regulations of the Ming Dynasty systematically to provide a reference for the management of modern society students.The research is divided into four parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the article from the origin of the topic,research significance,research methods,concept definition,literature review and so on.The second part analyzes the social basis of the official school regulations in the Ming Dynasty from three aspects: political foundation,economic foundation and cultural foundation.The third part is the study of the official school regulations of the Ming Dynasty.It sorts out the general situation of the central government in the Ming Dynasty,and takes the Guozijian regulations as the blueprint.It has five aspects: the purpose of the regulations,the content of the regulations,the characteristics of the regulations,evaluation and academic of the regulations.The fourth part is the study of the local official school regulations in the Ming Dynasty.It sorts out the general situation of the local government in the Ming Dynasty.It is based on the lying inscriptions in the MingDynasty and the shexueyaolve formulated by Lu Kun,from the purpose of the regulations,the content of the regulations,the characteristics of the regulations,the implementation of the regulations and the evaluation to study the local government regulations of the Ming Dynasty.The study found that the Ming Dynasty official school rules are aimed at educating the people and cultivating talents.Under the guidance of this purpose,the rules mainly regulate students from both learning and moral aspects,and establish corresponding guarantee mechanisms to ensure the smooth implementation of the rules.The study found that the Ming Dynasty official school regulations are aimed at educating the people and cultivating talents.Under the guidance of this purpose,the regulations have high requirements for the students' academics.They are required to correct their attitudes,have good study habits and correct study methods.the regulations require teachers to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of them.In addition,the official school regulations of the Ming Dynasty inherited the tradition of paying attention to etiquette education in China.Whether listening to classes,ascending to church,or eating,dormitory and taking leave,the behavior of the students must comply with the regulations,otherwise they will be punished accordingly.At the same time,the rules require students to have a sense of social responsibility,pay attention to national events,and focus on the national community.These specifications provide some reference for today's student management.
