Middle school physical education teachers teaching effectiveness is physical education teachers in physical education teaching activities can effectively improve student achievement,cultivate the students' interest in sports,the ability to form a good habit of physical exercise and belief.This study focuses on teaching ability,teaching content,teaching evaluation methods,organization management,policy and learning effect,etc.,investigating the middle school physical education teachers teaching effectiveness of Shanxi Province,the purpose is to improve the level of middle school physical education teachers teaching,cultivating students interest in sport so as to improve middle school students' physical quality.This paper focuses on the teaching effectiveness of middle school sports teachers in Shanxi Province,and according to the purpose of research,it is necessary to select the high school sports teachers as the survey target.Field investigation in 11 cities in Shanxi Province to issue and recycling questionnaire,in combination with related literature,through qualitative research,put forward the teaching efficiency of the dimension.Using SPSS 21.0,AMOS 23.0,and EXCEL to analyze the data and conduct research on the teaching effectiveness of high school sports teachers.The results show that:(1)through qualitative analysis,we put forward six aspects of teaching effectiveness of physical education teachers in middle schools in Shanxi province.Through exploratory factor analysis and verification,we can get the six dimensions of teaching effectiveness,including teaching ability,teaching content,organizing ability,strategy method,school effect and teaching evaluation.(2)there are no significant differences in the different gender roles other than the strategy method.However,there are significant differences in the teaching effectiveness of physical education teachers in different titles,geographical areas and teaching segments.Senior title of middle school physical education teachers teaching effectiveness level besides strategy method4 is higher than the intermediate title,the primary title and title of middle school physical education teachers teaching effectiveness;The level of teaching effectiveness of high school sports teachers in cities is higher than those in counties,towns and rural areas.In high school physical educationteachers teaching ability,teaching contents and learning effect on three aspects,teaching effectiveness level were higher than junior high school physical education teachers,there is no difference between other aspects.(3)there are many factors that influence and restrict the teaching effectiveness of the PE teachers in Shanxi Province.The teaching ability of high school sports teachers is the main factor,it is to improve the professional level of the high school gym teachers themselves is the key to improve the teaching effectiveness.In addition also includes the students physical quality,ability to learn and interest in sport and school school spirit,management way a certain influence on middle school physical education teachers teaching effectiveness.
