Research On The Professional Setting Of Football Colleges In Regular Undergraduate Colleges In China

In February 2015,the 10th Central Comprehensive Deepening Reform Leading Group Meeting was launched,and the "China Football Reform and Development Overall Plan" was issued.For the first time,the words "establishing an undergraduate football college" appeared.Then in the "China Football Medium and Long-term Development Plan(2016-2050)" in 2016,the "establishment of the undergraduate football academy" was again mentioned,and the proportion of football undergraduate students was increased.Since 2015,the establishment of a football college in our country's undergraduate colleges has officially kicked off.As of May 2018,there are 23 football colleges in ordinary undergraduate colleges established in China.Although the number of football academies is developing rapidly,due to the short development time of the football academy,it is still in a preliminary stage,which makes it face great challenges in the competition of the higher education market.The professional setting is the key to ensure that the undergraduate colleges of football colleges stand out in the competition of higher education.Therefore,it has certain practical guiding significance to study the professional setting of football colleges in ordinary colleges and universities in China,and it is possible to find out the problems in the professional setting of football colleges in time.Optimize professional settings;open up new football majors;promote the sustainable development of football academies.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method,comparative research method,logic analysis method and other research methods to carry out detailed analysis and research on the professional setting of football colleges in ordinary colleges and universities in China.The article takes the professional setting of the football academy as the main line.Firstly,it analyzes the development history of China's football academy from the current situation of China's football academy.Secondly,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of the professional setting of football colleges in China's undergraduate colleges.The professional name,training objectives,professional direction,core courses,teachers,etc.of the professional setting of the football academy are compared with the professional settings of the football colleges in the UK undergraduate colleges,mainly from the learning environment,years of study,professional settings,training The goal and core curriculum are compared to analyze the differences between the professional colleges of the undergraduate colleges in China and the undergraduate football colleges in China,and find out the problems.Finally,based on the problems found,the football colleges of ordinary colleges and universities in China are listed.Influencing factors in the professional setting,through these factors,explore the effective measures that the Football Academy should take in the professional setting.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Judging from the current situation of the professional setting of football colleges in China's general undergraduate colleges,China's football academy is in its infancy,and the professional name,training objectives,enrollment scale,professional direction,core curriculum and faculty of the football academy have yet to be optimized.Improve and improve.(2)At present,the football colleges established in the colleges of the original sports colleges in China concentrate the students of the original sports colleges in the original sports academy to the football academy.Although they are studying at the football academy,their own majors have not changed.The football academy founded by universities that did not have a sports academy,their football academy is the same as the sports academy.(3)Judging from the current professional settings of the football academy,the professional settings of the various football academies have inherited the traditional sports discipline setting,and only added the direction of campus football behind the professional name of the football academy.There is still no unified professional setting standard for football colleges,and the professional settings are diverse.(4)At present,the teachers of China Football Academy are mainly teachers with undergraduate degrees and associate professor titles,and lack of high-level football teachers with international perspectives.The concept of teachers needs to be updated.In the process of cultivating students,they tend to focus more on their ability to train their competitive skills,while ignoring the coaching and coaching skills required as teachers and coaches.(5)China's football colleges have fewer "quantity",lack of innovation,and lack of forward-looking,and it is difficult to meet the needs of cultivating high-level international football talents;lack of proper autonomy,can not be market-oriented in a timely manner;adjustment is more cumbersome and requires Level reporting and review.
