With the advent of an aging society, the health of the elderly has received much attention. The increase in age not only leads to the decline of the physiological function of the elderly, but also causes cognitive aging, and even mild cognitive impairment and disease recognition.Know the obstacles. The task-switching function, also called transfer conversion,is an important sub-function of the brain's executive function. The task-switching function can regulate the individual's cognitive activities and target orientation, and the obstacles in the task-switching function will lead to errors and deviations in cognitive judgment and action monitoring. The decline in task-switching function is one of the earliest symptoms of cognitive aging.Numerous studies have shown that exercise can delay aging, and domestic and foreign scholars have found that aerobic exercise can prevent and delay cognitive aging and improve conversion function. The square dancing has various actions, rich content, entertainment and fitness, which is very suitable for the elderly to participate.Based on this article, this paper discusses the influence of square dancing exercise on the brain transfer conversion ability of elderly women. The research uses literature, experimental, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis methods. The average age of 20 elderly women in the square dance exercise group is 62.6 years old.The average age of 20 elderly people in the walking exercise group is 63.2 years old.group.The square dance group conducted a 6-month square dance exercise intervention, requiring at least 3 times a week for at least 1.5 hours, and the control group was given a six-month walking exercise. Before and after the experiment, the experimental group(square dance group)and the control group were respectively(Walking group)Conducted the task-switch test to explore the effect of square dancing exercise on the brain task-switching function of elderly women,in order to provide a basis for physical exercise to improve the cognitive function of elderly women and promote the improvement of task-switching function.Research shows:(1)Comparison of the indicators between the square dance group and the walking control group before the experiment showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the correct rate of repeated tasks, the correct rate of conversion and the response of repeated tasks. The reaction of the square dance group conversion task The time and specific conversion cost were significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05);the correct rate of the conversion task before and after the experiment in the square dance group was significantly improved(p<0.05),and the reaction time was also significantly shortened(p<0.05);There were no significant changes in the indicators. After the experiment, the square dance group and the walking control group were compared again, and the response time of the conversion task was significantly reduced(p<0.05),and the specific conversion cost was significantly reduced(p<0.05).(2)The amplitude of Pz electrode P3 increases and the latency of Pz electrode P3 decreases(p<0.05)in the repetitive tasks before and after the intervention of the square dance group. In the conversion task, the amplitudes of Pz electrodes P1 and P3 increase,Cz,Pz The latency of electrode P3 was shortened(p<0.05).In the control group before and after the intervention, the amplitude of P1 of the Fz electrode decreased, the amplitude of the Cz electrode N2 decreased, the amplitude of P3 increased, and the amplitude of the Pz electrode P3 increased(p<0.05).In the conversion task, the Fz electrode P1 The amplitude of the wave was decreased, and the amplitude of the Pz electrode P3 was increased(p<0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)Behavioral analysis and ERP results analysis showed that the brain task-switching function of elderly women was declining, and with the increase of age,the ability of conversion processing decreased.(2)Square dancing exercise can effectively improve the processing speed of brain task-switching function, help to improve the ability of complex task transformation and processing, and have plasticity to brain function.(3)Experiments show that square dancing exercise can improve the cognitive performance of older women and reduce the risk of mild cognitive impairment in older women.
