The status of martial arts in the quality education and physical education of young people is self-evident.Martial arts education can promote the physical and mental development and comprehensive quality of young people,and has great benefits for growth.Colleges and universities are important places for cultivating high-level talents,and also the main position for the survival and development of Chinese traditional culture.The martial arts elective courses in colleges and universities are an important part of college physical education.The martial arts classes are organized and planned around teaching objectives and tasks.Wushu teaching and training activities,through this form,enable students to systematically understand the sport,master martial arts skills,and promote the learning and dissemination of martial arts culture knowledge.This paper investigates and analyzes the development of martial arts elective courses in colleges and universities in Taizhou.The main research methods are literature data,questionnaire survey,interview method and mathematical statistics.Through investigation,we found that the basic situation of martial arts elective courses in Taizhou is good.Teachers have a certain understanding of the teaching objectives of the new syllabus,but they have not been recognized by most teachers in the actual teaching.The martial arts elective course teaching content is unreasonable.Where the theory is taught,the professional knowledge and the value of martial arts are not taken into account;the martial arts teachers have more understanding of the new teaching methods,and more adopting heuristic teaching methods,the teaching environment is better,the teaching evaluation is more reasonable;the age structure of martial arts teachers in colleges and universities in Taizhou The educational structure is reasonable,and most teachers have the national first-level martial arts testimony.However,there are certain problems in the martial arts teacher's title structure,and the number of teachers participating in the training is also small.In addition,the martial arts teacher's research level presents two levels.The characteristics of differentiation,teachers pay insufficient attention to the teaching plan;most students in martial artselective courses in Taizhou City have a good attitude in martial arts learning,and students have a higher level of recognition of the overall level of teachers.Most students have strong martial arts learning motivation and Interest,but students are martial arts Known is not high,we need to enhance learning and understanding of martial arts kernel.Through surveys and interviews,we found that the factors affecting extracurricular sports activities include curriculum factors,project factors,hardware facilities factors,teacher factors and student factors.Finally,we believe that the martial arts elective courses of colleges and universities in Taizhou should be better carried out.The school should adjust the course content of martial arts classes,increase the investment in venues and equipment,improve the professional quality of teachers,introduce high-level talents,and strengthen the promotion of martial arts.
