With the increasing international competition,if China wants to improve its international competitiveness and occupy a place in the world,it must put education in the strategic position of priority development.With the deepening of education reform,more and more attention has been paid to education.As the disseminator of knowledge,teachers play a very important role in educational activities.The level of professional development of teachers directly determines the level of education.Therefore,many experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the problem of "teachers' professional development".The large proportion of rural students shows that rural education is an important factor restricting the development of rural areas.It is urgent to pay more attention to rural education.As an important part of our teachers' team,the level of professional development of new teachers in rural areas directly affects the development of rural education.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the professional development of new teachers in rural areas,understand the current situation of the professional development level of new teachers in rural areas,analyze the reasons,find out the countermeasures to promote the professional development of new teachers in rural primary schools,and constantly improve the professional development level of new teachers in rural areas.The author's survey is based on Pingbian Miao Autonomous County.The local teaching development has obvious regional ethnic geographical and cultural differences.The local economic development characteristics also have a greater impact on the overall development level of basic education in Pingbian.This survey mainly adopts the method of combining questionnaire survey and interview,taking the novice teachers as the survey object,designing questionnaire from teachers' professional ability,professional development mode,professional quality composition and professional development environment demand,launching survey from the field research method,conducting multi-dimensional measurement and using statistical analysis to collect objective data,and monitoring the research questions To find out the main factors that restrict the professional development needs of young teachers.From the investigation,we can find that the reasons are: the young teachers lack the consciousness of independent professional development subjectively;the way of teaching professional development is single,the actual teaching quality effect is not ideal;objectively,the campus culture atmosphere is insufficient;the school-based support is not enough,the evaluation and supervision system of school education and teaching is not perfect,and the orientation of the new teachers is not strong.These problems become the main factors that hinder the professional development of young teachers.In view of these factors,the author puts forward his own suggestions from the aspects of the professional development,learning and training,as well as thoughts of the new teachers;in the aspect of school,the author thinks that the new teachers should be given certain preference from the aspects of management,assessment,helping the new teachers to carry out training and school teaching resources,so as to help them to improve their professional development faster and give more Students bring better education.
