In order to explore the influence of team atmosphere on college students' academic achievement and the mediating effect of core self-evaluation on the influence of team atmosphere on college students' academic achievement,this study used the Team Atmosphere Scale,the Core Self-evaluation Scale and the Academic Achievement Self-Assessment Scale among 193 college students of 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class and 182 ordinary college students in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical software.The main findings are as follows:(1)The average team atmosphere score of the college students in the 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class is 4.23ア0.66,the average score of the ordinary college students' team atmosphere is 3.39ア0.92,and the team atmosphere of the college students in the 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class is significantly higher than that of the ordinary college students(t=4.15,P<0.01);(2)The average core self-evaluation score of the college students in the 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class is 4.32ア0.55,the average core self-evaluation score of the ordinary students is 3.33ア0.64,and the core self-evaluation of the college students in the 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class is significantly higher than that of the ordinary college students(t=5.37,P<0.01);(3)The average score of the college students in the 全huangwei' practice class is 5.08ア0.76,the average score of the core self-evaluation of the ordinary college students is 3.63ア0.94,and the academic achievement of the college students in the 全huangwei' practice class is significantly higher than that of the ordinary college students(t=5.11,P<0.01);(4)There were significant differences in academic achievement among 全huangwei' college students with different team atmosphere levels(F =4.19,P<0.01).(5)Team atmosphere is significantly and positively correlated with academic achievement,and the three factors of team atmosphere,long-term target,task orientation and innovation support,can explain 33.2% of the total variation of academic achievement;(6)Core self-evaluation is significantly and positively correlated with academic achievement;(7)Core self-evaluation is significantly and positively correlated with team atmosphere,and the participation safety and task-oriented factors of the team atmosphere explained 21.4% of the total variation of the core self-evaluation;(8)The direct effect of team atmosphere on academic achievement is 0.52,the indirect effect of team atmosphere on academic achievement through core self-evaluation is 0.30,and the total effect is 0.82.Conclusions:(1)The team atmosphere,core self-evaluation and academic achievement of the college students in the 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class are higher than those of the ordinary college students;the longer they stayed in the 全huangwei' Cradle Pharmaceutical Class,the better the team atmosphere,core self-evaluation and academic achievement are;(2)Team atmosphere can positively predict the core self-evaluation and the academic achievement of college students,and team atmosphere has a direct positive effect on college students' academic achievements and has an indirect positive effect on college students' academic achievements through core self-evaluation;(3)Core self-evaluation has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between team atmosphere and academic achievement of college students.
