Objective: To understand the basic situation and influencing factors of college students' mental health and study burnout in xinjiang,and analyze the correlation between college students' mental health and study burnout,so as to provide an effective basis for formulating college students' mental health and hygiene strategies.Methods: Using the method of multi-stage sampling,college students were surveyed by symptom self-rating scale(scl-90),college students personality questionnaire(UPI)and college students learning burnout questionnaire.Results: 1)A total of 4,200 questionnaires were issued and 3,916 were collected,with a recovery rate of 93.24%.There were 3,593 valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 85.55%.2)In the scl-90 scale,1378(38.4%)were positive and 2215(61.6%)were negative,and the scores of all factors were higher than the national norm(P<0.05);Different gender,grade,school,professional,and drinking and close relatives of mental illness in the scores of each factor is different(P<0.05),different smoking in hostility,paranoia and other factor scores(P<0.05),different in different style situation except somatization factor of each factor score were different(P<0.05),different month spending in addition to the symptoms of each factor score were different(P<0.05);Mental health levels may be related to gender,grade,school,profession,alcohol consumption,participation in recreational and sports activities,monthly expenses,and mental illness in close relatives.3)The score in the UPI scale indicated that 723(20.1%)of UPI-A students,325(9.0%)of UPI-B students,and 2,545(70.8%)of UPI-C students;Different gender,grade,school,major,alcohol consumption,participation in recreational and sports activities and mental illness of close relatives had different scores(P<0.05);The classification may be related to gender,grade,school,major,alcohol consumption,participation in recreational and sports activities and mental illness of close relatives(P<0.05).4)The scores of learning burnout indicated that 459(12.8%)students were normal,2,717(75.6%)students had mild burnout,and 417(11.6%)students had severe burnout;Different grade,the school,professional and smoking status in each dimension scores are different(P<0.05),different gender in besides effective sense dimension scores are different(P<0.05),different drinking in burnout scores and results are different dimension scores(P<0.05),different stylistic activity in the sense of emotional exhaustion and results in different dimension scores(P<0.05),different month spending in different emotional exhaustion dimension scores;The differences in the three levels of learning burnout may be related to gender,grade,school,major,alcohol consumption,smoking and participation in recreational and sports activities(P<0.05).5)All the ten factors in SCL-90 and all the UPI dimensions were positively correlated with the emotional exhaustion dimension,deindividuation dimension and effectiveness dimension(P<0.05);The influencing factors of SCL-90 were gender,school area,major,mental illness history of close relatives,learning burnout degree(P<0.05);Among them,female,southern xinjiang and northern xinjiang,monthly expenditure of 500-1500 yuan,mental illness of close relatives and learning burnout level were risk factors,while science,engineering,medical and other majors were protective factors.UPI-C compared with UPI-B students,after learning burnout level is a risk factor for UPI classification(P<0.05),UPI-C compared with UPI-A class of students,gender,science,never to participate in sport,close relatives of mental illness,the influence factors of learning burnout level is UPI classification(P<0.05),female,science,close relative is suffering from mental disorder,learning burnout level risk factors.6)The overall model of SEM model that affects mental health was well fitted,and the model had statistical significance(P<0.001);Study burnout and UPI related factors were the cause variables of college students' mental health,and UPI related factors had mediating effect between college students' mental health and study burnout.Conclusion: 1)The mental health of college students in xinjiang is not good.Gender,grade,school area,major,alcohol consumption,smoking,participation in recreational and sports activities,monthly expenditure,and mental illness of close relatives all have an impact on them.2)The personal health status of college students in xinjiang is fair,which may be related to gender,grade,school district,major,drinking,participation in recreational and sports activities and mental illness of close relatives.3)The study burnout of college students in xinjiang is not good,but it still needs to be paid attention to.Gender,grade,school area,major,alcohol consumption,smoking,and participation in recreational and sports activities all have an impact on it.4)Learning burnout is positively correlated with college students' mental health and personality health,and learning burnout is a risk factor for mental health and personality health.
