At present,under the circumstance that the provisions of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in China are not fully implemented,this paper studies the occupational insecurity and job involvement of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools.Based on the previous researches,this study will explore the relationship between job insecurity and mental health teachers' job involvement in primary and secondary schools,and further explore the mediating role of psychological capital and the regulatory role of perceived organizational support.In this study,a total of 1100 mental health teachers from various cities in Shandong Province were selected as subjects.Job Insecurity Scale,Psychological Capital Scale,Perceived Organizational Support Scale and Job Involvement Scale were used as measuring tools.Through the data analysis methods such as correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS20.0,the data are processed,and the relationship and mechanism between them are discussed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between job insecurity and job involvement and psychological capital;job insecurity can effectively and negatively predict psychological capital and job involvement;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and job involvement,and psychological capital can effectively and positively predict job involvement;(3)Psychological capital plays a part intermediary role between job insecurity and job involvement,and perceived organizational support plays a regulatory role in the influencing path of psychological capital on job involvement.(4)The sense of organizational support moderates the mediating role of psychological capital between job insecurity and job involvement of primary and secondary school mental health teachers.
