Table tennis has a long history and culture in China,from "small ball to promote the big ball" diplomatic story to now "One Belt And One Road" the impact of the national ball,all reflect our country's table tennis culture and the important position in the table tennis world.However,since 2010,table tennis teams from Japan and South Korea in Asia have adopted China's centralized training system one after another.After several years of development,the competitive level of table tennis from Japan and South Korea has developed.In nearly two years of competition,the results of Japan and South Korea also entered the first group.A serious challenge to China's table tennis supremacy.Then we focus on the training system and professional club system needs to do what changes to meet the challenge of the world powers,is our country table tennis field very important topic!In particular,young athletes from South Korea and Japan pose a tough challenge to their peers from China's table tennis team at the 2018 annual event.There is a lot of pressure on China to continue to win the championship.Under such circumstances,leaders of the general administration of sport of China,experts,scholars and fans of table tennis have put forward many Suggestions and development ideas for the development of table tennis in China.Therefore,based on this,this paper continues to conduct in-depth research on the management of professional table tennis clubs,which is not only of practical significance for improving the competitive level of China's table tennis,but also of historical reference value for the development of China's table tennis.Based on the perspective of the overall development of table tennis,this paper studies the development of Chinese table tennis professional club management,and thinks about how to more standardized development and strategic development.The purpose of this paper is to try to analyze the management of professional table tennis club,from a high vision,the general pattern,how to study the basic mode of our country's clubs to cultivate high-level table tennis players,find problems,analyze problems,to solve problems.Based on "what-why-how to do" research train of thought,narrative from the five chapters,first of all,from the two aspects of theory and practice to introduce the research background of this paper,the real problem facing to table tennis professional clubs as a starting point,combining with the shortage of the existing theoretical research,refined in this article to study the problem of "what",clear the meaning and purpose,and the full text of the research content and method,technology roadmap,etc are expounded.Secondly,on the basis of reading more than one hundred Chinese and foreign literatures,consulting various professional books and combining with my own practical work,this paper conducts a literature review and explains the corresponding theoretical basis to understand the brief history of the development of Chinese table tennis,especially the rapid development of professional table tennis clubs in recent years.The concept,characteristics and management mode of professional table tennis club are studied.And the strategic management theory,state integration theory,maslow's demand theory,human nature hypothesis theory and other theories were sorted out and summarized to find the entry point of this study and lay the theoretical foundation for the full text.Then,by using the interview method and questionnaire survey method to obtain the necessary information needed for the research questions,analyze the current situation of the existence of table tennis professional clubs and the existing problems,complete the paper "why" research,find the key problems of the main contradiction,and promote the implementation of the next step.Finally,according to the result of questionnaire survey and yourself as an athlete is an experience of the managers more puts forward Suggestions to improve the internal management of table tennis professional clubs and countermeasures,in order to in the micro technology layer on the internal management of table tennis professional clubs provide beneficial help,The macro management can provide ideas and strategic design for the development of China's tennis industry.
