Mixed-age education was initially regarded as a form of emergency education to solve the shortage of educational resources,which is generally based on the limitations of garden size,number of students and teachers.Nowadays,the significance and value of mixed-age education to the development of young children are gradually recognized by the public.Most of the current research is about the theoretical value of mixed-age activities,and the research on the implementation of mixed-age activities is mainly related to outdoor mixed-age and mixed-age sports activities.Therefore,it is particularly important to investigate the implementation of kindergarten mixed-age activities,analyze the existing problems and causes,and put forward the corresponding guiding strategies on this basis.In the practice of mixed-age activities,teachers have insufficient understanding of the importance of mixed-age activities and guidance,either in the "invisible person" state,ignoring the teacher's intervention guidance,or regard themselves as the absolute dominant activity,in the state of high control.The value of kindergarten mixed-age activities can not be well played,but also not conducive to the development of young children.Therefore,three kindergartens in Jinan City were selected as samples,and through questionnaires and interviews with teachers,to understand their real thoughts and confusions,and to analyze the real cases that occurred,the current situation,problems and countermeasures of kindergarten mixed-age activities were studied by means of questionnaire survey,case analysis,observation and interview.In order to provide teachers with effective advice and guidance strategies to deepen teachers' understanding of mixed-age activities,improve the level and quality of kindergarten mixed-age activities.This study first gave a brief overview of the three kindergartens in Jinan,Which were the subject of the survey,and then elaborated the current situation of mixed-age activities in the three kindergartens in the light of the field survey,questionnaire data and interview content.The current situation is divided into three aspects: the planning of mixed-age activities,the creation of mixed-age activities environment,and the guidance of teachers of mixed-age activities.Among them,the creation of mixed-age activity environment is mainly divided into "environmental arrangement" and "material delivery" two aspects,and the guidance situation of mixed-age activities teachers is mainly divided into "teachers have no guidance","what guidance methods used by teachers","the difficulties faced by teacherguidance","how to evaluate teachers" four aspects.Secondly,based on the results of the survey,the problems in the current kindergarten mixed-age activities are put forward and the reasons are analyzed.The problems are not scientific activity space planning,the creation of mixed-age environment is not targeted,teacher guidance is not suitable.From the teacher's point of view,the main reason is the lack of teachers' educational literacy,which shows that teachers' knowledge of mixed-age activities and teachers' observation ability are not enough.From the kindergarten point of view analysis is mainly the kindergarten organization is not standardized,the performance of the teaching team quality is not balanced,mixed-age management ideas are not clear and mixed-age training is not in place.Finally,the guiding strategies for perfecting kindergarten mixed-age activities are put forward.Mainly includes: to play the unique value of mixed-age activities,create a suitable environment for mixed-age activities,pay attention to the scientific nature of material delivery and improve teachers' ability to guide in mixed-age activities and other countermeasures.
