The present preschool education in China faces three problems. The first is about deletion of the child’s growth education in one-child family. For the implementation of the national policy of "family planning", most families have only one child, which leads to the imbalance of children’s socialization. The second is how to bridge the gap of education between kindergarten and primary school. With the current class teaching system, the framework of the daily class which is regarded as a unit is the most basic educational mode, which is in deficiency in personalized educational content and tools. The third is the health of the kids. Now the kids are taken to participate in a variety of hobby classes by their parents, while the physical conditions such as fitness and athletic ability are neglected by their parents, or even the kindergarten.In these conditions, started with the actual situation in China, the research is to obtain an effective and operational management model and solution by practice, and hope to provide colleagues beneficial references in frontier management. To insert into the existing class teaching system with mixed-age education activities, especially outdoor sports, can compensate for the lacking of children’s individualized education in the existing class teaching system, can promote children’s social development and early childhood physical development, and can more foster and improve the team quality of kindergarten.In the paper, the first chapter is introduction of the research backgrounds and the literature for the implementation of mixed-age education. The second chapter analyzes the deficiencies of the implementation of teaching activities under the only one standard in the existing class teaching system, and next, shows three surveys carried out by the Zijin Kindergarten, which are contented with children’s height and weight survey, early childhood motor ability survey, the development of children’s social survey, and in the end, shows the system thoughts of the implementation of the mixed-age courses in the context of current class teaching system. The third chapter explains the implementation of mixed-age course, includes the analysis of research plan, fostering the core teacher in the research team by the administrator, and etc. The fourth and the fifth chapter explain how to practice in the mixed-age daily courses, include the management incentive plan, and the analysis of the teachers’ passive action and manage strategy in gym lessons, and try to do the "Opening" mixed-age morning physical training courses, and research the manage strategy of the "Twinning" mixed-age sports game courses, and etc. The sixth chapter is about the research summary and the future expectation.
