Online course,as a new form of teaching,brings new opportunities and challenges to traditional higher education.The rapid development of distance education in China has become an important part of the education system,it plays an important role in the reform of the teaching model.The application of online education in colleges is an important way to break up the bottleneck of teaching reform in colleges,which is in conformity with the flourishing development of the information age.At present,well-known universities and institutions in the world have set up online learning platform,and the audience is popular with many learners.It has been in a global upsurge.However,online education is facing the problems of low learning satisfaction,lack of learning motivation and the uneven quality of the learning platform,which hinders the further development of education information.From the perspective of learning satisfaction,this study is based on learners' group.Based on customer satisfaction theory,connectionist learning theory and behaviorist learning theory,based on the American ACSI model,we build a learning satisfaction model of online courses.Through questionnaire and statistical analysis,we should grasp learners' learning situation of online courses.Using SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,using AMOS software to build online on learning satisfaction model.this study explored the relationship between learners' expectations,perceived quality,perceived value,learners' satisfaction and variables of continuous learning willingness.And the relationship between the internal variables of the model is tested to verify the research hypothesis.The results show that learners' interest in online courses is high before learning,after learning,the degree of interest is obviously reduced;under High pass rate of online course learning,the degree of learner satisfaction is low.The research results show that perceived quality and perceived value of online learners' network course has a significant impact on the formation of learning satisfaction,learning expectation has indirect effect on learning satisfaction,thereby affecting the learners' continuance intention,the effect of perceived quality curriculum learners on learning satisfaction is significant.In order to improve learners' satisfaction in online courses,the following strategies are put forward from three aspects:open education platform,teaching mode and content construction of online courses.l)constructing special education platform,fusing technology and education effectively;2)strengthening the cooperation between school and enterprise,optimizing the market of teaching resources;3)strengthening the construction of teaching system,achieving achievement certification;4)carrying out mixed teaching and innovating teaching form;5)improving teaching design and improving the support service of teaching technology;6)optimizing the presentation of unstructured course content;7)cooperation press,depth research and development course content;8)an excellent team of teachers should be set up to develop the content of high quality curriculum.Expect to improve the online course learning satisfaction through the above countermeasures and speed up the construction of education information.
