The advent of the "Internet + Education" era has given impetus to the revolution in the science and technology and education industry to keep us in the midst of crises and opportunities.The rise and promotion of online open courses is the educational product of "Internet +"under the background of information technology.It is a new curriculum model featuring openness,interaction and sharing.Learners leapfrog the barriers of time and space,enjoy the world's top educational resources and teams to learn.However,the high dropout rate behind the high registration rate has also become a widely denounced problem by researchers and academia.Many experts and scholars have conducted multiple in-depth analysis of the causes.It includes how to build the online courses platform,how to set up the course content,and what aspects of the interaction and communication mechanism.But few researchers have focused their attention on teachers who have opened online courses.The extent to which online learners' satisfaction with teaching as learners who are direct recipients of online open courses and direct clients is a powerful measure of the quality of online open courses,At the same time,it should be the key topic of the research on the construction of online open courses.In business and aviation,customer satisfaction evaluation model is an effective means to evaluate products and services.This study combinesinfluencing customer satisfaction model with teachers'teaching ability to explore the factors of teachers' teaching ability and learners' satisfaction in online open courses.This study takes the teachers as the starting point,taking the online open courses as the research environment and the teaching ability of teachers as the foothold.Based on the American customer satisfaction index model ASCI,we build a model of influencing factors of learners' satisfaction of teachers' teaching ability under the background of online open courses.This paper puts forward the hypothesis of the article research.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,it distributes the questionnaire to the learners who have studied the online open courses in Central China Normal University,two software of SPSS20.0 and AMOS are used to make descriptive statistics of the data,model identification and correction,and verify the hypothesis.The results show that under the online open curriculum environment,the expectations of the learners have a significant positive effect on the learners' perceived quality including language expression,teaching interaction,teaching skills and academic attainments;The online teacher's image has a significant positive influence on the learner's expectation;the perceived quality positively affects the perceived value;the perceived quality also positively affects the learner's satisfaction;the learner's satisfaction positively affects the learner's continuous learning willingness.In the light of the statistical analysis results of the data and the modification of the structural equation model,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the learners' satisfaction with online teaching ability,namely,to establish online teaching awareness,to improve their online teaching ability and to provide training and guidance services for online teachers.It hope to provide reference for the in-depth study of the role of teachers in the online open courses in the future.This study is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the research background and significance of the issues focused on the paper,defines the train of thought and methods of writing,clarifies the main contents of the research and the writing framework of the paper.The second chapter is a clear definition of the core concepts in the study and the general study of scholars at domestic and abroad.The third chapter constructs the influence factor model of the teacher's teaching ability in the online open course,puts forward the research hypothesis at the same time,and makes the measurement tool.The fourth chapter is mainly the statistical analysis of the recovered data,the identification,the test and the correction of the influence factor model.The fifth chapter summarizes and prospects the whole paper,and puts forward the research suggestions and deficiencies.
