In recent years,with the economic and social development,China's public kindergartens are obviously insufficient.As of 2018,public kindergartens only accounted for 37.84%.At the same time,private capital entered rapidly,private kindergartens developed rapidly,and the scale of education and quality of education improved,It has gradually become an important force supporting preschool education.However,private kindergartens are private and corporate investment,and profitability is an inevitable attribute.Some private kindergartens simply use raising fees,reducing teachers' investment and controlling hardware investment and so on to improve their income,seriously restricting the sustainable development of private kindergartens,The hardware configuration of private kindergartens is not up to standard,the quality of teachers is uneven,high fees and other problems are prominent.In the face of the dual pressures of social needs and self-development,private kindergartens have to balance the problems of school quality and economic efficiency.Tap the internal operational efficiency of the company to achieve both quality and economic benefits.This paper mainly uses the data envelopment analysis model to study the operational efficiency of private kindergartens.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of the research on kindergarten operation and efficiency evaluation and the basic probability and theory of this paper.Secondly,it made a statement on the development of private kindergartens in ZT County and introduced the relevant situation.Next,combined with the research results of predecessors,the evaluation index system was constructed and constructed,and the evaluation model was constructed.Then,based on the C2R?BBC and the game crossover efficiency model,the operational efficiency and influencing factors of ZT private kindergartens were measured and analyzed.Finally,relevant suggestions for improving the operational efficiency of private kindergartens and promoting their sustainable and healthy development are put forward.The research shows that the private kindergartens such as the Economic Development Zone Kindergarten,Xinqi Kindergarten and Yangguang Beibei Kindergarten are inefficient.Non-effective private kindergartens are in the stage of diminishing scale efficiency.The game crossover efficiency model The cross-efficiency of the game has a higher degree of discrimination,can be effectively sorted,and takes into account the advantages of the market competition of decision-making units.The calculation of the Malmquist TFP shows that the operational efficiency of private kindergartens is highly correlated with the management level,and the improvement of operational efficiency is mainly from the improvement of management level.The analysis of influencing factors shows that the area of living room per student,class size,school year,etc.are positively correlated with the operating efficiency of private kindergartens,that is,appropriate improvement can help improve the operating efficiency under the current situation.The number of child-care workers per student,the area of sports venues per student,and the number of books per student are negatively correlated with the operating efficiency of private kindergartens,indicating that the investment in these areas is redundant at present.In other words,appropriate regulation of input under the current situation will help improve the operating efficiency.
