| In April 2018,the Ministry of Education released the education informatization 2.0action plan,of which"smart education innovation and development action"is one of the highlights.The term"smart education"is not only the first time in the planning documents at the national level,but also listed as one of the"eight actions"to promote the development of educational informatization 2.0.(1)It can be seen that intelligent education,as a high-end form of educational informatization,plays a leading role in the direction of educational reform.In this era of rapid social development,the identification and use of information has become one of the basic qualities that an individual must possess,which also has a significant impact on the profession of teachers.Information literacy provides teachers with the possibility of lifelong learning,which is one of the necessary qualities for teachers to work,and also an important part of teachers'professional development ability.Primary school is an important stage of basic education.Primary school teachers should also enhance the application awareness of modern education technology,strive to improve their information literacy,and adapt to this new era of continuous development of intelligent education.The development of intelligent education promotes the integration of education industry and information technology,which leads to the change of education and teaching methods.Most of the researches of domestic scholars focus on the strategies to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers,but the researches on how to improve the information literacy of primary school teachers in the intelligent education environment are less involved.This paper aims to enrich the research on this issue Enrich the theory of teachers'professional development,and further enrich and improve the information literacy related issues in the professional development of primary school teachers.This research mainly includes four parts:the first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research content,research methods,research purposes and significance;the second chapter is the definition of related concepts,including the concept of intelligent education,the production and development of information literacy,the connotation of information literacy,the concept of teachers'information literacy and the content of teachers'information literacy;the third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Hanzhong primary school teachers'information literacy.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview,it puts forward several factors that affect the level of Hanzhong primary school teachers'information literacy;the fourth chapter is the strategies to improve the level of primary school teachers'Information Literacy.Based on the discovery of the factors that affect the level of primary school teachers'information literacy,it puts forward targeted promotion strategies. |
