Middle school stage is a turning point and watershed of middle school students' life.If they can get correct guidance,middle school students will develop into excellent students with sound personality and sufficient knowledge literacy.If they are guided by wrong ideas and wrong ideas,middle school students will also develop into students with low moral quality and low learning level.In today's era,the influence of peer education of middle school students is more and more occupying the main aspects of Ideological and political education of middle school students,and the peer education of middle school students will make up for the blind spot of traditional parents and teachers in one-way education of middle school students,which has an irreplaceable role.Therefore,the research on peer education of middle school students is of great significance,and it should be explored and carried forward well The positive factors of middle school students' peer education,avoiding the negative factors of middle school students' peer education,and putting forward effective measures for the problems and difficulties of middle school students' peer education are very important.Through the scientific analysis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the peer education of middle school students,this study has examined a large number of relevant literature on the peer education of middle school students.On this basis,210 students and teachers from Xinxian vocational high school and Xinxian high school in Henan Province were investigated by questionnaire and face-to-face interview to understand the current situation of the development of peer education of middle school students,the positive and negative impact of education among peer groups in middle school on Ideological and political education,and the impact of middle school students on peer groups in middle school The evaluation of the educational effect between different groups and the evaluation of the educational effect of teachers on the same generation groups in middle school.The results show that: from the perspective of the current situation of education among peer groups in middle school,most middle school students are doing someuseful things when they are together,and only a small number of middle school students are doing some things that are not conducive to the physical and mental development of middle school students when they are together.From the perspective of the positive and negative effects of education among peers in middle school on Ideological and political education,the positive effects are to improve the moral cultivation,enhance self-confidence,cultivate a positive attitude,improve their learning level,help peers in middle school to establish a correct outlook on life,values and the world,and the negative effects It is the peer education of middle school students that will cause some middle school students' academic performance to plummet and their moral quality to be low.It will also cause some middle school students to develop the bad behaviors of smoking,drinking,fighting and not listening carefully in class.From the middle school students' evaluation of the educational effect of peer groups in the middle school stage,most middle school students think that the effect of peer education in the middle school stage on middle school students is more positive than negative,only a small part of middle school students think that the effect of peer education in the middle school stage on middle school students is more negative than positive or can not be measured.From the perspective of teachers' evaluation of the effect of peer education in middle school,most of the teachers think that the effect of peer education in middle school is greater than the disadvantage,only a small part of teachers think that the effect of peer education in middle school is greater than the advantage or cannot be measured.According to the analysis of the survey results of the above practice,the main problem faced by the current middle school peer education is that the middle school peer education has blindness and conformity,the middle school peer education environment is not benign,and the bad middle school peer education environment will breed the bad behavior of the middle school students' peer groups.Therefore,the following countermeasures are put forward to solve the main problems faced by middle school students' peer education.The first is to strengthen the education and guidance for the core members of middle school students' peer groups;the second is to guide the subculture of middle school students' peer education in line with the mainstream values of society;the third is to strengthen the educational role of socialresources for middle school students' peer groups;the fourth is to strengthen the educational role of school educational resources for middle school students' peer groups;the fifth is to strengthen the educational role of family resources for middle school students' peer groups.
