Research On The Cultivation Of Basketball Competition Organization Ability Of College Basketball Students In Hunan Province

The basketball competition organization activities smoothly is to create a good campus basketball competition,the mass basketball competition environment,to promote national promotion of project of national fitness is an important measure.As a student of colleges and universities basketball competition organization ability main space,especially to do a good job of training the basketball students is college basketball competition organization talent output to the era of responsibility and obligation,however,in the process of cultivating still has many problems and the insufficiency,which affects the overall improvement of talent training quality.On this basis,with four universities in hunan province as an example,based on the analysis of university basketball special students basketball competition ability of organization,to investigate the basketball competition organization ability training present situation,the basis of analyzing the problems exist in the process of cultivation,and puts forward specific optimization improvement strategy,aims to enhance the university basketball special students' basketball competition organization ability level,improve the quality of personnel training.The following research conclusions:(1)the university basketball special student basketball competition ability of organization,the main evaluation index eight four very important indicators,compare two important indicators,the degree of importance for the general or not two important indicators.(2)college basketball special students' competition document making ability,competition budget capacity and site equipment planning are mainly carried out in the way of theoretical teaching and homework arrangement,but not enough attention is paid to the training of school,college and off campus practice operation.(3)training competition schedule ability mainly from the theoretical teaching and examination of these two aspects focus on training,emphasis on the practical aspects of the training is not enough;execution ability content low level,training organization and coordination ability and competition ability of the lack of attention to the process management.(4)the ability of competition performance is mainly carried out by means of theoretical teaching,homework assignment and examination.It doesn't pay enough attention to the training of school,college and off campus practice.(5)college basketball student basketball competition and organization ability mainly manifests that the students familiar with the related theory of basketball competition documents,but lack of practical ability;students to participate in basketball competition schedule is some small competitions,some students just based budget of the basic theoretical knowledge of the understanding of how to plan and design and how to use in practice,according to the different events,what are the practical planning skills is not clear.
