Since the reform, the importance of education in obtaining personal professional status has made tutoring services a necessity for Chinese families. The prevalence of shadow education reflects the dissatisfaction of parents and students with access to educational resources,so families are increasingly involved in the education of their children. In addition to the influence of socioeconomic background, shadow education as a supplement to school education also reflects the problems of students in mainstream education obtaining and choosing educational resources. For better academic achievement, students run between school education and shadow education. After sorting out the existing research,it is found that the existing research has the following problems:most of them focus on the correlation between structural factors such as students' family socioeconomic status and academic performance and shadow education, and the mechanism of their effect is not deep Unfold. It ignores that shadow education decision-making is a dynamic process and is affected by the allocation of school education resources. Therefore, this article attempts to answer the following questions:How does the allocation of school education resources affect students' choice of shadow education?Factors related to students' shadow education, such as family background, affect the participation of shadow education by affecting students' school education. How do these factors affect the distribution of school resources? The distribution of school education resources reflects the equality of education resources.Combining related theories, what problems does education reflect in the distribution of school resources? This article mainly adopts qualitative research methods, through interviews, participatory observation and other methods to understand the shadow education participation and school resource acquisition of students in city T.This article finds that in city T,the access to school resources affects students' participation in shadow education. The resource acquisition of students with excellent grades comes mainly from school resources.Secondary school students form a resource acquisition model based on school education, supplemented by shadow education. The students with poor academic performance participate in tutoring in the third grade.Resource acquisition mode.Different families have an impact on students' resource acquisition.Only when students fail to obtain school education resources will the family start to take action.Families of dominant class interfere more in students' access to school resources, and strive for better opportunities for their children through resource exchange with school members.Ordinary families interfere more with students'shadow education to improve academic performance in order to get more school education resources. However, better educational opportunities will not improve students' performance in the academic process. In terms of school resource allocation,it still follows the performance principle of fairness, recognizes students' efforts, and takes academic achievements as the main reference.Whether it is school education or shadow education,in addition to reflecting the attitudes of students and their families towards education,it also reflects the current problem of unequal distribution of voluntary education.Although the school education resource requirements are faced with the distribution of each student, due to the difference in the ability of each student to obtain resources, the unequal access to resources by different students in the school results. The current examination is mainly based on the screening effect. The content of the course and the difficulty of the course have caused a difference in the allocation of educational resources.Teachers,as transmitters and estimators of course knowledge, treat students differently and reinforce the difference in allocation of educational resources. The involvement of the relationship network in school life has caused unequal opportunities for students to receive education, which reflects the current abuse of private rights in the school system, which violates the principle of fairness in education.Nonetheless, the school's educational content and educational evaluation mechanism eliminate the inequality of educational opportunities caused by family background.Although family background has an impact on students' access to school resources, under the supervision of the state, the decisive factor in the allocation of school education resources is still the student's academic performance. One of the most important signs of the school is that there are objective criteria for judging the merits and demerits, and the school requires the principle of rewarding according to knowledge. The educational evaluation mechanism determines that those who achieve knowledge will gain more resources for school education.
