The teaching method of "Learning-Helping-Combing-Practicing" has been experimentally promoted in multiple provinces across the country.It is a teaching method which is considered to be a concise,efficient,easy to learn,and easy to use.Based on the NVivo12 video analysis software,five junior high school mathematics classrooms that use the teaching method of "Learning-HelpingCombing-Practicing" and two traditional mathematics classrooms in junior high school are analyzed by video analysis and comparative research methods.The characteristics of "Learning-Helping-Combing-Practicing" in the mathematics classroom in junior high school are described from five dimensions,which are classroom structure,teaching objectives,classroom questioning,teacher-student interaction,and teacher-student discourse.Six parts are concluded in this research.The research background,research significance,research content and concept definition,research methods and the train of thought of the research are introduced in Part ?.Part ? is literature review,including the research and development of the teaching method of "Learning-Helping-Combing-Practicing",and the summary of the existing literature on mathematics classroom video research.Part ? is the design of the study,including the determination of the research objects,the development of the research framework,the selection of research tools,and the establishment of the research steps.Part ? is the analysis of the classroom characteristics of the application of the teaching method of "Learning-Helping-Combining-Practice",describing the teaching characteristics ofthe mathematics teaching method of "Learning-Helping-Combing-Practicing" in junior high school.Part ? is the comparative analysis between the classroom used the teaching method of "Learning-Helping-Combing-Practicing" and the traditional classroom.Part ? is the research conclusion,recommendations and prospect of the research.The characteristics of the teaching method of "Learning-Helping-CombingPracticing" in junior high school mathematics classroom are showed in this research.(1)In terms of classroom structure,class sessions are various,and each link is interspersed with each other."Learning-Helping-Combing-Practicing" is the most basic teaching cycle,of which "Helping" and "Practicing" are important links in the classroom.(2)In terms of teaching goals,it values knowledge and skills goals,mathematical thinking and problem solving goals are not sufficiently clear and specific,and there is a lack of design of emotional attitude goals.(3)In terms of classroom questioning,it pays attention to the role of questioning in classroom teaching,and often ask students deeper questions in a direct way.In the teaching process,it encourages the students to answer questions,focus on the training of students' language skills,and always adhere to the student-centered teaching philosophy.(4)In terms of teacher-student interaction,the classroom atmosphere is active,the students are the main body of the classroom,the interaction among the teacher-group and the teacher-class are the main forms of classroom interaction,with less cross-interaction.(5)In terms of teacher-student discourse,teachers provide the students with more opportunities for discourse,but the quality of students' discourse is not good,and less deep speeches are given.
