With the popularization of computer and network technology, blended learning has gradually become the new normal of local colleges and universities to implement information-based teaching. The flourishing development of blended learning curriculums in local universities has made the issue of how to effectively implement academic achievement assessment increasingly prominent.Although most school curriculums use a comprehensive evaluation combining process evaluation and summative evaluation, the academic achievement assessment is still based on the evaluation system and evaluation model in the traditional education environment, with empirical thinking and subjective feelings of teachers.Lack of data thinking and evidence awareness, the implementation of a "soft evaluation" lack of evidence.Based on the review of the current situation of blended learning, how to promote the transformation of the academic achievement assessment of college blended learning curriculums has become a breakthrough to improve the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities. The Horizon Report of 2019(Higher Education Edition)uses "learning measurement" as one of the technologies to promote the development of higher education in the next three to five years. As the main implementer of evaluation, teachers should break the thinking of subjective experience in traditional academic achievement assessment, give full play to the advantages of information technology, and use the evaluation based on data and evidence to give students a more scientific and fair academic achievement assessment result should be worth studying.Based on the consideration of this issue, this study intends to construct an academic achievement assessment model based on "evidence" of blended learning curriculum,in order to provide operational examples and theoretical guidance for college teachers to implement effective academic achievement assessment. The research was carried out using literature research methods, system modeling methods and the Delphi method. This paper summarizes the typical academic achievement assessment models, frameworks or systems at home and abroad through the literature research method, and combines the existing evidence-based learning evaluation practice framework with the system modeling method to construct a model based on "evidence" The blended learning curriculum academic achievement assessment model, referred to as the e-ABC model. The Delphi method was used to consult the experts on the rationality and effectiveness of the design and construction of the e-ABC model. At the same time, the model was applied to the teaching practice for testing.Based on the expert feedback and the first practical application, the model was further revised and improved to form the final e-ABC modelThe final e-ABC model consists of seven parts:identifing evidence, generating evidence, gathering evidence, appraising evidence, analysising evidence, interpreting evidence and using evidence. The seven links are interlocking and closed. Each link has its own method of operation, which provides teachers with practical guidance on methods and tools."Identifying evidence" means identifying the source of learning evidence and the type of evidence, and the implementation of other links must be matched.Teachers can use this link to determine the types of learning evidence and the sources of learning evidence."Generating evidence" means collecting evidence that was previously uncollectible or inconvenient to collect through certain means and methods. It is the premise and basis of other links.Teachers can use this link to know how to elicit evidence and how to use some tools to record and leave evidence."Collecting evidence"means collecting and sorting out various types of evidence by various techniques and means:"Appraising evidence" is the verification and identification of the authenticity and relevance of the collected evidence;"Analyting evidence" is about the process of data conversion into evaluation information,it is the core of mining the value of data and evidence;"interpreting evidence" is an explanation of the evaluation results of evidence, which can guide teachers to use relevant theories to explain the evaluation results to reveal the the phenomenon and law;"Using evidence" means that the evaluation results and related explanations are effectively and appropriately feedback to relevant personnel through various ways and methods,so as to guide the education and teaching work and the learning activities of studentsThe final e-ABC model was applied to the teaching of the "Information Technology Course Teaching Theory" course of H University, and the second round of practice test was carried out. After a semester of practical application, the effects of the model were verified by observation, investigation, and interviews The practical results show that:(1)the rationality of the model 7 link is recognized by the teacher, and the 7 links run smoothly in practice;(2)the operability of the model is highly recognized by the teacher, and the model provides evaluation tools and methods. The above has a good guiding role;(3)the use of the model and the evaluation method of the model have been highly praised by the students;(4)the academic evaluation results obtained by using the model have been highly recognized by the students, academic evaluation The reliability and credibility of the results have been recognized by students. On the basis of the above research and practice, the following suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the "evidence"-based mixed learning curriculum evaluation for college teachers:(1)focus on creating an academic evaluation atmosphere based on "evidence";(2)Reasonable design evaluation tasks, follow the principle of consistency between evaluation tasks and learning objectives;(3)play a feedback role in evaluation results;(4)teachers must master certain evaluation techniques, means and strategies.
