Reshaping The Spirit Of Chinese Universities Under The Perspective Of Theory Of Governance

The university spirit is the accumulation of the excellent cultural tradition of the university,is the spiritual wealth created by generations of university people.As one of the components of the Chinese spirit,the university spirit represents the style and features of the Chinese universities.Today,from the overall point of view,the Chinese university spirit has been inherited,adhere to and development.However,in the new era and the new situation,the university spirit in some universities also appeared the phenomenon of decline and virtual.In order to promote the positive development of higher education,it is imperative to reshape the spirit of Chinese universities.At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the state proposed to deepen the reform of the governance system.As a popular management theory,the governance theory has many features that coincide with the elements of the university spirit,making use of its advanced theories of pluralism,rule of law,consultation,etc.,it can provide new ideas and methods for the reconstruction of university spirit.From the perspective of governance theory,this paper expounds the objective reality that the spirit of Chinese universities not only inherits and innovates,but also has some problems,such as the importance of centralized management,the importance of immediate interests,the importance of professional skills,and the importance of restrictive control,it also analyzes the influence of Management Idea,short-sighted effect,Social Utility,service consciousness and so on,and puts forward the principles and subjects of Chinese University Spirit remolding in the perspective of governance theory,finally,the paper analyzes the concrete ways of the spiritual remolding of Chinese universities,from four aspects of Innovation follow-up,legal protection,value guidance and cultural edification,fully mobilizing the multi-subject roles of teachers and students,schools and society,etc.,this paper discusses the feasible methods of the reconstruction of the university spirit in China from four aspects of following up the demand of social economy,ensuring the scientific management of the university by law,strengthening the guidance of value and constructing the campus culture,in order to help the reconstruction of the university spirit.
