Young teachers,which are 70% of its teachers in Changsha Nanfang Vocational College,are the main force and the new force of Changsha Nanfang Vocational College.Developing the enthusiasm of such a large proportion of young teachers plays a vital role in the improvement of the current teaching quality and the future healthy development of Changsha Nanfang Vocational College.Therefore,constructing an incentive mechanism that can sufficiently develop the enthusiasm of young teachers,is a key link in the teaching and education of Changsha Nanfang Vocational College.In this thesis,the writer selects the young teachers incentive mechanism problem of Changsha Nanfang Vocational College.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the writer comprehensively understands young teachers incentive mechanism of the Changsha Nanfang Vocational College,analyzes objectively its disadvantages and drawbacks,analyzes the deep reason of the above problems and discusses the solutions,using the field survey method,interview method,etc.This research involves six aspects: the first part focuses on the background,main contents and methods of this research.The second part focuses on the introduction of relevant theoretical concepts.The third part focuses on the overall situation of the incentive mechanism of young teachers in Changsha Nanfang Vocational College.The fourth part makes a deep analysis of the problems which is related to the incentive mechanism of young teachers in Changsha Nanfang Vocational College,and explains the reasons for the above problems by using the interview method and questionnaire survey method.The fifth part puts forward effective measures based on the actual education and teaching work of the school.Specific suggestions include: accepting young teachers' opinions and suggestions,standardizing the existing professional title assessment system,;Adjusting the way of salary distribution to meet the urgent needs of young teachers,;Considering the opinions of young teachers,optimizing the existing evaluation system,;Improving the treatment of young teachers in combination with competitions and other activities and guiding and assisting young teachers in their career development.The last part is the conclusion which summarizes the aforementioned contents,objectively analyzes the disadvantages and drawbacks in the research,and makes a prospect for the future research direction.Although this study focuses on Changsha Nanfang Vocational College,many vocational colleges in China have many similarities with Changsha Nanfang Vocational College.Therefore,this study can provide useful reference for similar vocational colleges to optimize the incentive mechanism of young teachers.
