Since the founding,Chinese private colleges have made great contribution to cultivate senior talents.However,their short running history decides the structure of teaching team,mainly comprised of young teachers,while young teachers' poor job loyalty has been being a crux of Chinese private colleges.If one scientific and effective incentive mechanism can contain young teachers' flowability,this will be a significant meaning for the long-term development of private colleges.This paper targets the young teachers of Hainan S College as the research object,chooses the incentive mechanism which is valued most by the young teachers as the research content,is based on demand incentive mechanism as the research theory and uses document retrieval method to hackle the research findings of domestic and foreign experts and scholars to refine available content and experience.Field survey method is used to gain the basic information of Hainan S College,the key fact of young teachers and the existing condition of incentive mechanism of Hainan S College.Based on these,the research questionnaires and interview outlines are devised from four aspects of demand incentive mechanism,survival demand,security demand,respect demand and self-development demand,to inquire into the young teachers of Hainan S College,aiming at collecting the young teachers' dissatisfaction level,attention level and suggestions to incentive factors of Hainan S College.Through the research,it is found that the young teachers extremely unsatisfy many incentive factors on survival demand and self-development demand,and quite unsatisfy some incentive factors on security demand,while the young teachers take the incentive factors of survival demand most seriously,and then the incentive factors of self-development demand which can restrain one's development.Therefore,it is hereby suggested that Hainan S College start with these unsatisfied but valued incentive factors,obey the principles of "put people first","wholeness and individuality","openness,fairness and impartiality" and "diversity",properly utilize the favorable policy of our nation or local government and mobilize all feasibility of the college to optimize the incentive mechanism for the young teachers.
