In the 21 st century,education has become the foundation of a country,the key to a strong country,the strategy to revitalize the country,but also a symbol of national prosperity and social development.The key to the development of education lies in teachers.It is of Paramount importance to attach importance to the development of teachers.At present,with the rapid development of society,people's material living standard is further improved,people have a deep understanding that happiness is not only material satisfaction,for the spiritual pursuit and realization is more important.The pursuit of happiness,the pursuit of psychological level of satisfaction is the right of every one of us,teachers are no exception.The well-being of teachers has a profound impact on the development of education.In the current rural primary and secondary schools,due to a series of problems such as backward teaching facilities and low pay for teachers,the crisis of teacher happiness has lasted for a long time and is difficult to improve.The happiness of rural teachers has no way to talk about,the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of work is more difficult to arouse.But education departments and schools have yet to come up with a way to improve teachers' happiness by reducing their stress and burnout levels.The whole study focuses on the status quo,differences and correlation analysis of social support,professional identity and subjective well-being of PE teachers in rural middle schools.The mediation effect of professional identity is tested in three parts.Based on the comprehensive research results and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the overall level of social support of PE teachers in rural schools is higher,in the presence of differences on age and teaching object variables,subjective well-being overall level is higher,in gender,educational background,professional titles and teaching object variables exist difference,the overall level of the professional identity is higher,the difference exists in the teaching object variables.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between teachers' social support and subjective well-being,a significant positive correlation between teachers' social support and professional identity,and a significant positive correlation between teachers' professional identity and subjective well-being.(3)social support of physical education teachers in rural middle schools can not only directly affect their subjective well-being,but also indirectly affect their subjective well-being through professional identity.Professional identity has a significant mediating effect on the influence of social support on subjective well-being,and it is part of the mediating effect.(4)in the social support six sources of support,colleague support,family support,parent support,friend support direct impact on the subjective well-being,professional identity in partial intermediary role,leadership support and student support no significant direct impact on the subjective well-being,its main is done by professional identity intermediary variables influence on subjective well-being.
