Moral education is the fundamental task of education,and curriculum reform based on core literacy is imperative,which requires educators to study and actively explore the learning of core literacy.Rational thinking is one of the eighteen basic points detailed in "Core Literacy for Chinese Student Development",and its level affects the overall quality of students.Therefore,if you want to improve the core literacy of students,you must start with the cultivation of rational thinking.The academic record case is a plan reflecting students' learning experience or process,which undoubtedly helps to improve and implement the rational thinking quality.First of all,this paper used the method of questionnaire survey to find out that students' rational thinking literacy level has not reached the expected level,students have not developed good thinking habits,weak ability of independent thinking,lack of training in experimental exploration,model and modeling,and learning strategies need to be further enriched.After that,the paper designed "senior high school biological rational thinking test volume I" to test the students' rational thinking literacy level.By using SPSS software to analyze whether there is a significant difference between the pre-test scores of the students in class 3 and class 4 of grade 2(p = 0.812 > 0.05),which shows that the initial level of the students in class 2 is equivalent.So as to determine class 3 and class 4 as the control class and the experimental class respectively.Then,through the literature retrieval method to look up the relevant literature of the academic record,summed up the key points of the preparation of the academic record,in order to design the academic record and apply it to the classroom teaching of the experimental class.After the implementation of the education case teaching practice,the design of "senior high school biological rational thinking test volume II" tested the students' rational thinking literacy level again(p = 0.000 < 0.05).The results of the experimental class were significantly higher than that of the control class.In addition,,two questions were selected to analyze the students' answers in the post test paper.It was found that the level of rational thinking of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,indicating that academic cases can effectively achieve the teaching objectives and improve the effectiveness of students' learning,so as to improve the level of students' rational thinking literacy.This study sums up the following paths in practical teaching,which can provide reference for cultivating students' rational thinking in biology class.First,teachers should sort out what aspects of this section of knowledge cultivate students' rational thinking,so as to guide students' thinking methods in the learning path,and point out the thinking ability needed in a class.According to the compilation principle of academic record,teachers should give priority to designing the evaluation tasks of this class,and penetrate rational thinking into problem solving or activity exploration.At the same time,the evaluation task should be as hierarchical as possible,so that students at all levels can obtain in-depth learning.When compiling the academic record,we should choose the type of academic record flexibly on the basis of the six essential elements of the academic record,combine the teaching content,and design the content in a small but precise way.We should also pay attention to the reflection link after learning,so as to improve the students' independent learning ability.This study adopts effective academic calendar teaching in high school biology teaching,aiming to improve the rational thinking ability of high school students in biology.The proposal of relevant strategies and methods has certain reference significance for the teaching reform of natural sciences,and has a replicable and wide application prospect.
