With China entering the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the national reform has entered the deep-water area.How about the effectiveness of the governance reform? The people are the most direct participants and beneficiaries.Whether the people have a sense of gain in the joint construction and sharing has increasingly attracted the attention of the state and the public.In the field of education,with the manifesting of humanistic care such as education equity,it has become a new focus to measure the quality and state of education work from the perspective of sense of gain.In recent years,the country has been paying more and more attention to the construction of rural primary schools,and the principal is the soul of a school.As the administrator,leader and builder of a school,the level of professional acquisition will have an important impact on the development of teachers and students in a school.Therefore,this study focuses on the sense of career acquisition of rural primary school principals,through which we can see the problems existing in the reform and construction of rural primary schools,which is an effective starting point.In this study,the headmasters of 363 rural primary schools in Henan Province are taken as the objects of investigation,and the general situation of Headmasters' sense of occupation acquisition is investigated.Through the analysis of the connotation structure and classic model of sense of occupation acquisition,it is concluded that the sense of occupation acquisition mainly consists of two elements: objective material acquisition and subjective spiritual acquisition.Among them,objective material access is composed of quantifiable data such as salary,welfare,professional title evaluation and learning opportunities;subjective access is divided into four dimensions,namely "career achievement perception","career identity perception","self-development perception" and "participation satisfaction perception".Based on empirical survey data and interview data,this paper discusses the career access of rural primary school principals The existing problems and the reasons behind are discussed in depth.The survey found that the objective material sense of the rural primary school principals is not high in general;there is a significant difference between urban and rural areas in the sense of subjective professional sense of the rural primary school principals,and the sense of subjective professional sense of the rural primary school principals is at a low level;the sense of professional gain of the small-scale primary school principals is at a low level,and the sense of professional gain of the schoolprincipals who go out for training and learning opportunities is at a low level Lower level.Combined with interviews and questionnaires,it is found that there are some problems in the sense of career acquisition of rural primary school principals,such as the overall low sense of material acquisition,the low sense of subjective spirit acquisition compared with urban areas,the unequal pay and gain,and the low willingness of career choice.Through further analysis of the interview data,this paper makes a deep-seated analysis of the causes of the problems in the sense of career acquisition of rural primary school principals.The main causes of the problems are: lack of corresponding material incentives and policies,lack of training opportunities,limited career development and other aspects of material acquisition have not been effectively guaranteed;heavy administrative tasks,and management There are many external constraints,such as inconsistent learning responsibilities,less positive social support,difficulties in home school cooperation,etc.;the shackles of school development,such as the loss of excellent young teachers and high-quality students in rural primary schools;the weak sense of self-improvement of principals,and the gap between educational ideals and reality.In order to improve the level of career acquisition of rural primary school principals,this study combined with survey data and interview data from four aspects: objective material,external pressure,rural primary school development difficulties and principals themselves.First of all,improve the material security mechanism,improve the professional treatment of principals,and enhance the sense of material access of rural primary school principals;second,by simplifying the administrative tasks of education,giving more support and recognition to rural primary school principals,improving the enthusiasm of principals in running schools,and establishing the correct guidance of public opinion to improve the sense of spiritual access of principals;third,gradually realize the sharing of resources between schools,and boost rural primary schools Young teachers' professional growth,the formation of school characteristics,in order to improve the quality of teaching to attract high-quality students,promote the sense of professional achievement;finally,rural primary school principals should uphold the concept of lifelong learning,improve professional ability,improve working methods,increase professional identity.
