At first,the word "acquisition" is used to emphasize the people bonus share reform concept of political science,since February 27,2015,Xi Jinping,the general secretary in central comprehensively deepen reform leading group for the tenth meeting since the "acquisition","acquisition" is not only become an important meeting of the CPC Central Committee and the file as an important concept in frequent mentioning,has become the public,media and academia a "hot word".Later,it has been widely used in many fields of society.The sense of occupational gain refers to the subjective psychological feelings generated by the practitioners in the process of their occupation based on the satisfaction of both material and spiritual levels.However,the sense of professional gain of young rural primary school teachers is the real sense of material gain,campus support gain and spiritual gain during the process of working as a rural teacher.Sharing based on maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,development theory,on the rural youth teachers' sense of professional obtain the division of different levels three dimensions,the first dimension is the acquisition,refers to get the when engaged in rural teacher the profession including salary,housing,benefits,welfare and other quantifiable objective.The second dimension is campus support,including the feelings of young teachers in rural primary schools in campus interpersonal relationship and campus culture.The last dimension is spiritual gain,which refers to the sense of gain of young teachers in rural primary schools in comprehensive recognition,professional development and other aspects of self-improvement.n this study,213 young rural primary school teachers in a city of Yili,Xinjiang were selected as the survey objects.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data,and it was found that young rural primary school teachers' career achievement score was average,which was in the middle level.From low to high,the sense of gain is the sense of material gain,spiritual gain and campus support gain.There are also significant differences in demographic variables such as age,teachinglength and weekly class hours of teachers.In order to improve the sense of career gain of young teachers in rural primary schools,this study combined survey data and interview data to put forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of sense of material gain,sense of campus support and sense of spiritual gain.First of all,improve the basic material living standard,improve the sense of material gain,then strengthen the campus support,improve the sense of campus support for teachers,finally help teachers professional development,improve the sense of spiritual gain of teachers...
