It is particularly important to vigorously develop vocational education,accelerate the cultivation of various types of technical and skilled personnel urgently needed for national development,and cultivate a group of high-quality technical personnel.The vocational field is a key component of youth development,and the professional identity of secondary vocational students is the key to reducing the loss of future employees and the current waste of educational resources.Previous studies have shown that career resilience is an important factor affecting professional identity,and life design theory believes that a higher level of hope helps young people to actively plan their future,construct their own lives and careers.The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between career adaptability and professional identity of secondary vocational students who are vigorously developing vocational education,and to explore the mechanism of hope between the two.In this study,questionnaire methods was used to survey 716 secondary vocational students in three areas: Shangqiu City,Pingdingshan City,and Zhoukou City.SPSS 20.0 and Process plug-in were used to perform descriptive statistics,independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The conclusions are as follows:1)The career adaptability of secondary vocational students is moderate to upper.Career adaptability shows significant differences in gender,grade,whether or not to be a class cadre,place of residence,family socioeconomic status,and academic performance.That is,boys are significantly higher than girls;second-year students in secondary vocations are significantly higher than first-year students in secondary vocations;individuals who are cadres are significantly higher than those who are not cadres;career adaptability,career control,and career curiosity of individuals in urban areas Dimensions are significantly higher than those in urban and rural areas;individuals with high socioeconomic status in the family are significantly higher than those with medium and lower socioeconomic status;individuals with better performance are significantly higher than those with moderate and poor performance.2)The hope of secondary vocational students is at the middle-to-upper level,showing significant differences in gender,grade,specialty type and academic performance.That is,boys are significantly higher than girls;second-year students in secondary vocational schools are significantly higher in path thinking than first-year students in secondary vocational schools;engineering and science majors score significantly higher than liberal arts majors;art majors score higher than liberal arts majors There was no significant difference in scores;individuals with better academic performance were significantly higher than those with moderate and poor academic performance.3)The professional identity of secondary vocational students is at a moderately high level.There are significant differences in gender,grade,whether or not to be a class cadre,specialty type,family socioeconomic status,and academic performance.That is,boys are significantly higher than girls;second-year students in secondary vocational schools are significantly higher than those in first-year students in vocational cognition and professional emotions;individuals who are class leaders have significantly higher scores in the dimension of career planning than non-class students.Individuals of cadres;scores of engineering majors,science majors,and liberal arts majors are significantly higher than those of art majors;individuals with high socioeconomic status in the family have significantly higher occupational cognition dimensions than middle socioeconomic status and family socioeconomic status Low individuals.Individuals with better performance were significantly higher than those with moderate and poor performance.4)The dimensions of career resilience of secondary vocational students and the dimensions of professional identity show a moderately positive correlation,and the total items of career resilience of secondary vocational students are equally divided,and the total items of professional identity can be predicted positively.Points and all dimensions are equally divided.5)Hope to play a moderating role between career adaptability and professional identity of secondary vocational students.According to the research results,the following educational countermeasures are put forward: attach importance to life education,co-construction of home and school,and improve the career adaptability of secondary vocational students;tap the positive power of secondary vocational students to improve their level of hope;pay equal attention to professional knowledge and practice,and improve students' Professional identity.
