Junior middle school is a key stage of compulsory education.Junior middle school headmasters are a special group of teachers.Their professionalism and moral accomplishment play a vital role in the growth and development of students.Because time and energy are occupied and consumed by other social offices that are not related to education and teaching,most of the current junior middle school headmasters are facing the problem of overwork.As an ordinary member of the junior middle school headmasters,the author deeply feels that it is very urgent to reduce the burden on junior middle school headmasters based on my many years of work and experience.Therefore,in the context of vigorously calling for and supervising primary and middle school teachers to reduce the burden,it is important to study the problem of reducing the burden on junior middle school headmasters realistic meaning.This article is a special research on the problem of reducing the burden on headmasters in junior middle schools.In the study,J Middle School of a junior high school in Pingdingshan City,Henan Province was selected as the sample unit,and the current situation of the work load of the junior middle school headmasters was investigated in depth by means of field observation and structured interviews,and the reasons for the heavy workload were analyzed.And made a preliminary discussion on the burden reduction strategy of the junior middle school headmasters.The author found through investigation that the heavy workload of the junior middle school headmasters is mainly manifested in the following aspects:the pressure caused by moral education,teaching,and homework guidance in the case of large classes;the headmasters has to participate in various studies,research and training in order to seek personal professional development,Professional title evaluation,etc.;administrative work,social work,education poverty alleviation,etc.other than the education and teaching duties took a lot of time and energy for the head teacher.After analysis,the author believes that the main reasons for the overburden of the junior middle school headmasters include:the headmasters'own ability to deal with problems in education and teaching is quite different;the school personnel management concept and system are too simplistic and formal;the education administration department imposes on the school Unreasonable assignment of tasks;irresponsible public opinion and reports also bring pressure and burden to the work,life and psychology of headmasters.On the basis of the above-mentioned current situation examination and reason analysis,this article makes a preliminary discussion on the strategies to reduce the excessive burden of the junior middle school headmasters:First,the headmaster himself can learn class management knowledge,improve his time management ability,and establish a positive emotional attitude.Consciously cultivate students' self-management ability and other aspects to carry out effective self-regulation;secondly,schools can purchase services,strengthen the motivation and recognition of the headmaster team,guarantee the rest time of the headmasters from the system level,and provide professional psychological counseling to the headmasters on a regular basis,etc.To provide support for burden reduction;again,the education administrative department can adjust relevant laws and regulations in terms of changing educational concepts,improving the treatment of headmasters,reducing non-educational work interference,and reforming the title evaluation system;finally,through the establishment of a home-school education mechanism and dissemination The positive energy of the teacher group and the respect of teachers from all walks of life in the society create a good social environment for educating people.
