| With the advancement of curriculum reform and the proposal of core literacy,teachers' teaching concept has undergone profound changes.Many teachers gradually focus on teaching from the implementation of subject knowledge teaching to the cultivation of students' subject core literacy.Although the curriculum reform has brought great changes to our education and achieved fruitful results,there are still some problems to be solved.How to help students transform knowledge and learning process into core literacy is one of the practical problems.In many years of teaching practice,the author found that quite a number of students can't remember or use it in the learning process,which is a manifestation of students' failure to transform knowledge into core literacy in the learning process.This research attempts to use the modular teaching method,combining with the cognitive theory,information processing theory,constructivism and other pedagogical and psychological theories,to exert influence on the students'cognitive process,so as to help students connect the knowledge,cognitive process and core literacy,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting students' growth.And provide a solution to solve the above problems.In order to make the modular teaching of history in middle school operational,this study has learned from other teachers' achievements in modular teaching by consulting relevant literature and learning relevant theories,combined with the characteristics of high school history teaching and my teaching experience,and constructed a set of teaching strategies to apply modular teaching to high school history teaching.In order to verify the effectiveness of modular teaching in middle school history teaching,this study also conducted a two-month teaching experiment with senior three students in our school.The results show that the average score,the number of top students and the control class of the experimental class with modular teaching in the first grade test are significantly improved;in addition,according to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,it is obvious that The results showed that the learning attitude,learning style and learning experience of the experimental class were significantly improved compared with the control class.Modular teaching follows the pace of curriculum reform practices the concept of curriculum reform,and pays attention to the cultivation of students' cognitive process and core literacy.This needs the corresponding teaching management system to provide the necessary support and guarantee.In the face of the traditional school management system which is based on division,pays attention to the detailed rules and standardization of management system,and the supremacy of administrative power,this study also calls for the teaching management to change the management concept and return to the essence of education.In this regard,I also put forward a set of goal management plan on teaching,which contributes a little to the improvement of subject teaching management in the school. |
