This study aims at constructing a system of Practice Teaching in Professional Education that can be suit for the new period needs and evaluate the reformation in other Higher Professional Education.Practical Teaching is an important component in the teaching system of the higher vocational-technical education. It is an essential approach to train students’ technical application ability and how to analyze and solve problems. As a fundamental endurance to practical teaching, it’s teaching conditions play an important role in the advanced vocational education. For this and other reasons, however, the practical teaching conditions in many advanced-vocational colleges cannot meet the needs of the practical teaching ,so that they have seriously affected the teaching qualities of our advanced-vocational education, the evaluation of Professional Education and how to building the mechanism of it are the most crucial problems. As the bringing forward a theory of "modularization" Practice Teaching expect to be able to make slight efforts for the theoretical study and practice on practical teaching of the higher vocational-technical education.
