In 2017,the new high school mathematics curriculum standard is issued,mathematical operation is regarded as one of the six core literacy,in addition,college entrance examination mathematics has always attached great importance to the examination of students' operation literacy,therefore,the cultivation of students' mathematical literacy is more concerned by educators,especially front-line teachers,the author focuses on this problem since fieldwork,and found that students don't know where to start when they are doing problems,lack of accuracy,and the speed of operation cannot meet the expected requirements and other phenomena,with these problems,I pay attention to collecting materials from classroom observations,homework corrections and other ways,and conducted profound research on how to improve students' mathematical operation ability by questionnaire survey,papers test and other methods of research.This article first introduces the research background,significance and problems,summarizes and analyzes the correlation theories about mathematical operation.Reference scholar Jian Hongquan's division of mathematics computing power components and the newly issued high school mathematics curriculum standards in 2017,in the research,the test paper is compiled according to the capacity component and the new curriculum standard,and A total of 202 senior two students from two schools of different levels in F city A and B,were selected as the objects of this study,and they were tested and investigated,so as to understand the development level and current situation of students' operation ability,after collect and sort out the data,using the SPSS software and EXCEL to analyze the data,by the analysis results,finding out the factors that affect the development of mathematical computing ability,and put forward effective teaching strategies.Some conclusions are obtained by analysis the test paper:(1)The development of students' mathematical operation ability is unbalance,except for individual students,and overall in the second and third levels of computing ability,that's the average level of accept,so the overall level needs to be improved;(2)The level of students' mathematical operation of school A is higher than that of school B,but no significant difference;(3)There is no significant difference between the level of operation and gender;(4)Some students are surface in their study of concepts、formulas and so on,and their basic knowledge is not well mastered;(5)Some students are not good at using mathematical thinking methods,and they unable find a simple and feasible way to operation;(6)Most students haven not formed great habits of operation,some students' psychological quality needs to be improved when doing the exercises and so on.Through the analysis of the survey results,the main factors that affect the students' mathematics operation ability are: basic knowledge,basic skills and methods,in addition to non-intelligence factors,and the influence of the teacher's teaching process.According to the influencing factors and the previous researching experience,it puts forward the corresponding emphasis on the cultivation of students' knowledge and skills,strengthens the penetration of mathematical thoughts,and strengthens the psychological counseling and the cultivation of thinking qualities,in order to improve students' reasonable,flexible and simple computing ability,at the same time,we should strengthen the teachers' professional qualities and classroom control ability,and actively influence students to form good computing habits in a subtle way.
