Over the past decade,with the rapid growth of China's higher education scale,by the ordinary full-time colleges and universities in accordance with the new school mode and school-running mechanism to create a new type of two independent institutions.The significance of the establishment of independent institutions is mainly reflected in the strengthening of China's colleges and universities to keep up with the times of innovation and change,to increase the employment rate of graduates,to strengthen the graduates faster to adapt to social requirements,have a positive meaning.Based on the survey results of the graduates of the Post Office of the Post Office of the Post Office of the Post Office of the Post Office of the Post Office,this paper analyzes the employment satisfaction of the project with the basic information Or T test,thus revealing the impact of college employment satisfaction factors.The results of the study found that the employment of the graduates of the regional selection,student cadre experience and achievement factors,employment guidance work these three factors to a large extent affect the employment satisfaction of graduates,and graduates of the nature of the contract unit,graduates are subject to higher Education,graduate work content and the professional consistency,gender in the degree of employment satisfaction is less affected.These data conclusions give some suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of independent colleges,and make recommendations from school education,government policy,and student self-cultivation.
