With the popularization of the department edition of junior high school Chinese textbooks,It's not difficult to find that the requirements for the cultivation of students' reading ability are getting higher and higher.Novel is a kind of literary form,which occupies a huge proportion in the reading teaching.Therefore,teaching of novel reading has playing an important role in Chinese teaching.Looking at the present and learning from the past,Jin Shengtan is the most famous figure in the history of Chinese literary criticism,whose commentary on the Water Margin involves many ways to appreciate novels and has forming a complete theoretical system.In view of this,The Application of Jin Shengtan's Novel Comment Theory in Junior High School Novel Reading Teaching attempts to study the teaching strategies in junior high school from the following four aspects.The first part is introduction.Based on the importance of the teaching of novel reading in junior high school and the existing problems in the current teaching,the paper will discusses the origin of the paper and then to discuss the research object,academic achievement,significance of the study,and explain the research methods in the thesis finally.The first chapter is to discuss the current situation of novel reading teaching in junior high school and the practical significance of Jin Shengtan's comments.At first,this paper will analyzes the problems that existing in the teaching of novel reading in junior high school from two aspects: teachers and students.Next,the author will introduces the Jin Shengtan's theory of novel criticism and to discusses the feasibility of applying it to the teaching of novel reading in junior high school.Finally,the author will summarize the significance of applying the theory to the teaching of novel reading in junior high school from the following three aspects: teaching content,students' participation and students' level of appreciation.The second chapter is to analyzes the value of Jin Shengtan's theory of novel criticism and our preference to this theory.Firstly,the author affirms the value of Jin Shengtan's novels from two aspects: perfecting the reading form of novel annotation and enriching the eastern discourse system in the novel theory.Then the theory of Jin Shengtan's novels is selected in terms of the needs of novel reading teaching in junior high school.The third chapter is to explore the application of Jin Shengtan's theory of novel criticism in the teaching of junior high students' novel reading.Firstly,when analyzing the characters in the novel,we should make good use of contrast,to be enthusiasm and to accept the characters;secondly,in the face of the overall structure of the novel,we should not only look at the whole,but also explore the meaning;and then let students to develop a good habit of annotation reading,and thus to improve their reading ability;finally,in the process of classroom teaching,teachers should affirming the main role of students by means of the question-answer,students set points,and individual interpretation.In addition,in order to verify the rationality of the above strategies,the author will designs some specific teaching cases in appendix by combining these strategies.The last part of this paper is conclusion.It is the summary and reflection of the full text,as well as the prospect of Chinese teaching.The research on Jin Shengtan's novels is just an attempt to let the past serve the present.In addition,there exists many wisdom in treasure of the Chinese literaturein to improve the level of current Chinese teaching.
