The continuous decline of College Students' physical quality has aroused great attention of the state.Relevant documents have been issued to strengthen the opening of College Students' physical education and enhance the teaching quality of physical education.In the teaching practice,it is found that the learning behavior of college students in physical education presents two states: negative learning behavior and positive learning behavior.The two kinds of learning behavior of students in physical education classroom are consistent with the avoidance behavior and approach behavior performance under the approach avoidance motivation.This paper analyzes the motivation of students to produce different learning behaviors by using the approach avoidance motivation,and what factors affect the performance of avoidance behavior and approach behavior of college students in physical education classroom.This study uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to study college students' physical education classroom learning behavior.Students' learning behavior is divided into six dimensions: listening behavior,observation behavior,interactive behavior,practice behavior,display behavior and problem behavior(1)The normal distribution of learning behavior of college students in physical education classroom is skewed,and the overall learning behavior tends to approach behavior.In learning behavior,listening behavior,observation behavior,interaction behavior,practice behavior,display behavior are more than avoidance behavior performance;while the behavior performance of problem behavior is inclined to avoidance behavior,and the performance of problem behavior is more than approach behavior.Listening behavior,observation behavior,interaction behavior,practice behavior and display behavior in learning behavior are significantly correlated,and the change of one learning behavior will affect other learning behaviors.(2)College Students' learning behavior in physical education classroom is greatly influenced by classroom learning motivation.The stronger the students' participation motivation is,the more obvious the learning approach behavior of listening behavior,observation behavior,interactive behavior,practice behavior and display behavior;the stronger the classroom avoidance motivation,the more obvious the performance of students' classroom learning avoidance behavior.(3)In the learning behavior of College Students' physical education classroom learning behavior,the activation of practice behavior is greatly affected by external stimulation and internal demand power.In the physical education class,the higher the students have the content or skills they expect to learn,care about others' evaluation of themselves,and have a pleasant experience and pursuit in the physical education class,the more obvious the students' learning approach behavior is,and the less the performance of avoidance behavior is.(4)The biggest influence on the enthusiasm of College Students' physical education classroom learning is students' personal factors,and the greater influence of human factors is classroom interest,classroom learning atmosphere and teachers' teaching methods.Suggestions:(1)in the process of College Students' physical education teaching,teachers should impart more sports knowledge to students in the teaching process,which can change students' understanding of current sports items,try to change students' learning motivation of passing the examination of knowledge physical education course,so that students can actively study physical education and master sports skills after the end of physical education courses.(2)In the process of teaching,teachers should pay attention to the gap between grades and arrange the course content pertinently.Teaching with pleasure can make students learn in a happy learning atmosphere,better stimulate students' learning approach behavior performance and reduce students' learning avoidance behavior performance.(3)In the course content arrangement,teachers should appropriately increase the students' practice time,increase the teaching content with strong entertainment,such as games,competitions,and mutual teaching between students,try new teaching methods and means,and change the repetitive and monotonous skill practice and activity form.(4)Strengthen the communication between students and teachers,so that teachers can get feedback from students,timely grasp the learning state of students and give guidance,so that students can experience the progress in practice,and understand the degree of their own progress,which is conducive to improve in a pleasant learning atmosphere;it can stimulate students' desire to participate in classroom activities and increase their learning behavior.
