Physical education teachers are the key to physical education in Colleges and universities.Good and effective teaching behavior can greatly enhance the enthusiasm of college students to participate in physical exercise.Students' own motivation for physical exercise is an important factor affecting their exercise behavior,and also one of the important factors affecting the teaching results of Physical Education Teachers.In order to further explore the relationship and influence between the teaching behavior of physical education teachers and the exercise motivation and exercise behavior of college students,this study takes the relationship between the teaching behavior of physical education teachers and the exercise motivation and exercise behavior of college students as the research object,and selects 860 college students from four universities in Harbin as the research object through questionnaire survey.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of exercise motivation and exercise behavior of college students and the prediction effect of physical education teachers' teaching behavior on exercise motivation and exercise behavior of college students by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Through the comparison and analysis of the differences between different variables,it can provide reference for PE teachers in the future teaching process.The results show that:1.There are significant differences in the teaching behavior of physical education teachers among college students of different genders.The scores of boys in the three dimensions of teaching care behavior,teaching management behavior and teaching guidance behavior are higher than that of girls.In addition to the social motivation dimension of internal motivation,there are significant differences in physical exercise motivation among college students of different genders.There are significant differences in four dimensions: appearance motivation,ability motivation,health motivation and fun motivation.The score of male students in five dimensions is higher than that of female students.There are no significant differences in two dimensions: system motivation and obedience motivation In the significant difference,boys scored higher than girls in bothdimensions.There are significant differences in physical exercise behavior among college students of different genders.The score of male students is higher than that of female students.Boys love sports more than girls.Their physical quality is better than girls.Their motivation to participate in sports is stronger,and their time and intensity are longer.2.There are significant differences in teaching behavior,exercise motivation and exercise behavior among college students of different grades.The higher the grade is,the lower the score is.The scores of freshmen are higher than other grades.3.There is a significant positive correlation between physical education teachers' teaching behavior and college students' exercise motivation and exercise behavior.Among them,there is no significant correlation between the system motivation and obedience motivation and the exercise behavior of college students.4.Physical education teachers' teaching behavior can predict college students' exercise motivation and exercise behavior.
