Teaching reflection includes individual reflection and collective reflection.Collective reflection is naturally and closely related to organizational support,and even individual reflection cannot do without organizational support.The existence of teaching reflection is not an individual phenomenon,teaching reflection is about the expect of society,and matter of the pursuit of each teacher,besides,the school as the middle section of the two,it plays the important role of regulator.Therefore,the school should play its positive role on teaching reflection.Organizational support theory focuses on organizational commitment to employees and emphasizes organizational support to employees,which is consistent with the relationship between school organization and teaching reflection.First of all,through reading and combing the materials,I catch the key on teaching reflection and organizational support,and explore the relation between them,and it mainly from the organization support that it can provide feasible approaches for teaching reflection,organizational support can provide guarantee necessity for teaching reflection,and organizational support can give a special method for teaching reflection and so on.In this study,organizational support is defined as the middle school gives the support and help to teaching reflection.And we advocate that organizational support mainly includes instrumental support and emotional support.Secondly,through the preliminary survey of M county-level middle school,it is found that M middle school is carrying out teacher reflection activities.The teaching reflection of the middle school is universal,but also has certain particularity.It is discovered that M school organization has certain positive support for teaching reflection and has insufficient support,too.In this paper,it mainly analyzes the insufficient support of school organization for teachers' teaching reflection.In addition,personal subjective tendency is put aside to construct,and we analyze the organizational level of school.Here,it is not to stifle the initiative of teachers,nor to admit the mechanical nature of individuals,but to think that the subjectivity of teachers is changeable,so it is hard to focus on.However,the organizational level of schools is relatively stable,operable and systematic.According to the investigation,it is found that the support of M school organization for teaching reflection is insufficient,such as,the imperfect system of reflection,inadequate supply of resources,insufficient support of leadership,etc.All of which to some extent affect teachers'enthusiasm for teaching reflection.Faced with the dilemma of teaching reflection,we can understand from the theory of organizational support,and we can put the organization as a person,so in this paper,we can put organizational support as a possible explanation framework,and it mainly from three aspects to explain which including inadequately ideological understanding,imperfectly instrumental support and incompletely emotional support.Finally,for the insufficiently organizational support,we must give some suggestions to change the problem.First,we should have the concept of coordinated development of school organization and teachers,this to say,school organization and individual teachers cannot be separated.Second,the school organization should improve instrumental support to form an environmental guarantee for teaching reflection and provide certain resources for teaching reflection.Thirdly,it also should provide emotional support for teaching reflection and satisfies teachers' emotional needs in teaching reflection.In a word,it is hoped that through the efforts of school organization,more possible conditions can be provided for the teaching reflection of middle school teachers.
