| In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the development of vocational education,and has successively issued several documents to promote the reform of vocational education and teaching methods.However,in the actual teaching of the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" course in vocational colleges,teachers are mostly based on traditional classroom teaching.Changing the teaching status and exploring new teaching modes have become important problems that teachers need to solve.Implementing case teaching is an important measure to deepen teaching reform and cultivate students' practical ability and innovative spirit,and it has an irreplaceable role.This research mainly focuses on the following points: Why should the case teaching method be applied to the course teaching of "Tourism Policy and Regulations" in secondary vocational schools? What are the main problems in the case teaching of the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" course in the secondary vocational school? How to improve the application effect of case teaching method in the course of "Tourism Policy and Regulations" of secondary vocational schools?This research is based on the existing case teaching method research,combined with the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" course,used the literature research method to sort out the relevant theory of the case teaching method,and used the questionnaire method and the interview method to the two vocational schools.Students and teachers of tourism service and management majors in vocational schools conducted a survey on the current situation of case teaching in the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" course,and found that there are mainly the following problems in case teaching: low student participation,case selection is not in line with students' actual situation,teachers and students Dislocation of roles,formalization of case teaching process,non-standard evaluation after class,etc.In order to enhance the effectiveness of case teaching,the author combines the "Tourism Policy and Regulations" course to design case teaching applications,and proposes some solutions,including: to train students to establish correct cognition and improve case learning ability;teachers should improve professional literacy,Improve case teaching ability;strengthen case resource construction and broaden teachers' case selection channels;improve existing teaching evaluation system and establish case teaching incentive mechanism. |
