Purpose:The implementation of physical fitness modules can promote the healthy development of students 'physical fitness and improve the level of students' motor skills.Since this study published the "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",the current status of the implementation of physical fitness modules for high school physical education and health courses in Jiangsu Province Investigate and compare the "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" with operable countermeasures and suggestions to provide a reference for the effective implementation of physical fitness modules.Method:This paper takes teachers and students of high schools in the urban area of Jiangsu Province as the survey object,using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method in the provincial capital cities and different regions(Nanjing area,southern Jiangsu area,central Jiangsu area,northern Jiangsu Areas)3 high schools are selected from each area,for a total of 12 high schools.Taking the teachers and students in the first grade as the survey object,according to each school,there are 4 sports teachers in the first grade,of which one school has less than 4 sports teachers,a total of 47 sports teachers,and each school is 80 in the first grade.A total of 960 students distributed questionnaires to a total of 960 students(40 male and female students each).A total of 983 valid questionnaires were collected.Use SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software to perform statistical analysis on the questionnaire data,the specific methods are:frequency analysis,multiple response analysis,cross analysis,non-parametric test and chi-square test and other statistical analysis methods.Conclusion:(1)High school physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province have higher overall education background,and physical education teachers have higher enthusiasm to participate in training and learning.Most PE teachers can master and use the physical module,and a few PE teachers are in the stage of understanding the physical module.(2)The teaching plan made by high school PE teachers in Jiangsu Province is not comprehensive.There are few schools with 18 class hours of physical module teaching,and some schools do not arrange the teaching content of physical module according to the curriculum objectives.In the physical module teaching,the arrangement of teaching content is not comprehensive,the principle and knowledge explanation of physical ability are not deep enough,some students can't make proper physical training plan according to their own situation,physical education teachers seldom use modern information technology,students prefer to use game and competition methods,and physical education teachers use learning evaluation content and learning evaluation method The style is not comprehensive enough.(3)Physical education teachers think that the sports facilities and equipment can not fully meet the needs of physical module teaching and the lack of attention of leaders,which is the main factor affecting the development of physical module teaching.Most physical education teachers attribute the main problems to external factors,and a few physical education teachers can find the reasons from themselves.(4)Students think that their poor foundation is the main factor affecting their physical training.Most of the students are interested in physical training,and they are satisfied with the content,method and assessment of physical training.Suggest:(1)the administrative departments and schools should strengthen the construction of the training system for physical education teachers,make full use of the advantages of the Internet,and use the excellent network platform such as Jiangsu school sports network,Jing sports,Tencent conference,WeChat official account,etc.,to promote the professional development of Physical Education teachers and improve the teaching and research ability of physical education teachers by combining online and offline training.Guide the front-line PE teachers to study and deeply understand the curriculum standard(2017)edition,improve PE Teachers' curriculum awareness and ability,and cultivate PE Teachers'ability to develop physical module teaching content.(2)Physical education teachers should make a comprehensive teaching plan according to the curriculum standard(2017)edition,arrange 18 class hours of physical modules as the first module in the first half of the first semester of senior one,determine the learning objectives of physical modules according to the physical education and health curriculum objectives,and arrange the teaching content of physical modules according to the learning objectives.The arrangement of teaching content should fully consider the differences between male and female students and teach them according to their aptitude.Physical education teachers should choose flexible and diverse teaching methods to improve the interest of physical education.They can use the games and competition methods that students like to design a variety of physical exercises,or hold small games or competitions to improve students' physical fitness based on the class,so as to fully mobilize students'sense of cooperation and competition.Schools with conditions can adopt the present physical module teaching Instead of information technology means,so that students more convenient and efficient physical module of learning,physical education teachers should study a comprehensive and effective evaluation method system,and better play the educational function of evaluation.(3)Physical fitness module is a compulsory module for all students in the first year of senior high school.According to the requirements of the catalogue of sports equipment and facilities in middle school,the school should provide all sports equipment and facilities,introduce more safe and convenient new sports equipment,and physical education teachers can also make appropriate transformation and utilization of existing sports equipment and facilities,so as to be more suitable for physical fitness module School leaders should stimulate the enthusiasm of PE teachers in their study and work,let PE teachers and other teachers get equal pay for equal work,improve the status and treatment of PE teachers,and care about the personal development of PE teachers;PE teaching and research group can stagger the contents of different units of physical fitness module when making teaching plans,and reasonably distribute the site equipment and facilities,so as to make the site equipment It is more reasonable to make use of it;PE teachers should change their thinking,dare to study and be willing to study,actively study the physical module,learn from the excellent teaching results at home and abroad,form their own teaching style,implement the concept of curriculum standards into physical module teaching,constantly reflect and summarize in physical module teaching,and promote the development of physical module.(4)Physical education teachers should take students' interests as the starting point,turn their interests into students' learning motivation,encourage students to use the knowledge and methods they have learned to lead their families or community residents to carry out physical exercises together,strengthen cooperation with their parents,encourage parents to actively accompany their children to carry out physical exercises together,form good exercise habits,and jointly improve their physical health.
